I ordered a Chocolate Mousse online for a friend’s birthday. When I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have this cake. What a horrible company! Don't feel like buying anything from this company again.
First time at this location small but they have everything that I was looking for and some. Location is in a large plaza can be busy. When I was there it was super busy with the line to the door and only 1 cashier who was overwhelmed. Hopefully they will address that. Place is clean and will be back.
Not a good location , you got homeless walking around . Not the best . I wouldnt go out of my way to go there . No outdoor eating area. The store is VERY small . Extremely limited selection of sweets . The cakes are mainly sponge cake very dry skip those they are disgusting . The only things that are good are the bread and coffee . For the coffee its just very sweet not much caffeine boost like lees . Staff was cold and not that friendly nor helpful . Overall the store looked clean and newer just very cramped . I love 85 but i wont be going back to this specific location .
Used to go here everyday until they hired new people who weren’t very experienced or even knew exactly what they were doing, food&drinks have always been great. Customer service not so great, lazy lack of interest in the job is what I see unfortunately not returning because of the costumer service ?
Went in at 7:12 today (close at 8PM) and they already shut down their coffee machine. Seems to be consistently understaffed, lines move very slowly.
They don't have enough variety of bread lately in the morning, no hot coffee and only 1 cashier doing drinks and collecting money.
I love this place, I go in everyday but I would like to know Pearl's working schedule so I do not go when she is working she makes the worst coffee ever.
Friendly and helpful employees most of the time.Usually we preorder or cakes and goodies for pickup.Love that they always have or treats ready to go.Some of our favs are the tiramisu cake, mango burlee, egg tarts, almond moons, and a lot more...We love that their treats are not too sweet.It's always a great place to grab a cake for your special someone.
Not bad, although they run out of desserts fairly fast. I'll stick to the one in rancho. Not a bad place still.
