Took my husband here for his bday dinner and to this day he says it's the best meal he's ever had. The presentation is phenomenal. Incredible sushi, fresh and interestingly combined with other ingredients you wouldn't usually find. Service was great, and atmosphere was unique and calming. It's exactly what you'd want for a personal meal that is prepared with craftsmanship and care. Will be coming back for sure.

I believed the food must be good! But if you serve by reservation only, please put the sign out before the opening, so that the customer don’t have to wait till 6 to find out. Very disappointed!
They are just 10 different kind fish on rice(10 pieces of sushi)so call omakase!Over priced for lunch.For this price,I prefer to go Akasaka, fresher and more delicious fish and save money.If you ever been to Akasaka,you know what I am talking about.The dinner is a joke.Even more overpriced,15 pieces of different kind fish sushi cost you 150 bucks!We know what omakase is,it is involved art, design, and variety, not just all sushi!Also the service is so bad.And their policy is very strict and unreasonable .For example, 11:30 seating arrangements should get in by 11:30,If one of your group late for 1 minute,they reject your whole group.So don’t go with elderly people or handicapped people.99% of chance you will be rejected.
Sushi Yuen, is a small 15 seat sushi restaurant. Dinner is a 15 course menu and it was fantastic! You do not pick what the food the Sushi Chefs make the dishes and it is served to you. I enjoyed all 15 pieces of sushi, crab, and wagyu. It's not cheap($150 per person)and reservations are needed. I savored each bit and was satisfied with the food and the preparation and presentation of each dish!

Omg, this place is so good. I got the lunch omakase. Everything is absolutely delicious. The service is great too. There aren't many seats so there may be a bit of a wait but it's so worth it. I'm usually not crazy about uni but I am now a fan because of this place. I can't wait to go back.

Took my dad and uncles here for an early father's day celebration. Make sure you make dinner reservations ahead of time. It's a MUST! They recently raised their price but let me just assure you that it's totally worth the price tag! Everything is super fresh and flown in from around the world. We had Hokkaido scallops, A5 wagyu beef, Spanish bluefin tuna, uni from Japan and Santa Barbara, the entire dining experience is unparalleled, especially with the friendly owner chefs who takes the time to make sure quality, taste and presentation is flawless. Will definitely be back again! Also, if you want to try a sample of the dinner menu, I suggest you come in at lunch time where the omakase 10piece lunch set is just $40, which includes uni and blue crab hand roll!
