I ordered brown sugar boba milk tea but too much ice inside, I was kindly asked them to take off some ice and they are not really want to help, oh my god so I have to insist myself drink really light taste boba milk tea not good as the Arcadia Sunright location
Their drinks are ok, not too sweet. I usually get their milk tea or matcha green tea.
Always have my order ready at the most convenient speed. Recommending their grapefruit green tea - 25% sugar - less ice. Lemon one is ok too but I don’t think the majority are same like me who is into a sour taste.
My favorite milk tea place in town. I literally get them 2-3x a week. My go to is their Hokkaido milk tea with egg pudding and grass jelly, less ice, and 75% sugar. When I’m feeling something fruity, then I get their sunright fruit tea with 75% sugar and less ice, and it’s soo refreshing.

Taste wise, the drinks were pretty good, only reason they're even getting 2 stars. Customers service wise, it was horrible. Facebook advertisement makes this place seem welcoming and friendly but the staff, at least at the afternoon shift, was ridiculous. Customers are so bothersome when trying to ask about your menu when you're completely dead not a customer in sight and having a conversation right? They take no cash, card only. So make sure you have something for that. You do everything electronically, the employees don't take your order, just pretend they aren't there. Also, their system for ordering is so simplified, to the point it is actually complicated. It's all touch screen, very easy to add something you don't want into the drink by mistake that you also pay extra for. The POS terminal that you either swipe or insert your card, was giving me issues, had to swipe it almost 7 different times to the point the machine almost canceled my order before getting a chance to even pay. I choose to print receipt cause we save ours, and the machine didn't give me a receipt, and the employees were too busy amongst themselves so I didn't even bother. I live in the area of this new location, was excited to try, but to be honest if I ever for some reason craved this place, I'd take the drive to Diamond Bar
Oolong milk tea with taro is GREAT !The staff is friendly but the waiting time is a bit long...maybe due to grand opening.However, it is STILL sweet even at 25% sugar...but I think maybe it's due to the taro.I will be back for sure !
first off the parking lot is suuuper busy -- probably because a lot of construction going on around the freeway.drinks were good! i liked my oolong milk tea with boba. pretty good flavor and sweetness was what i expected. my friends also liked the house milk tea and the hokkaido milk tea.there are many ways to order --on your phone, on a kiosk, at the cashier. makes pickup a little complicated because some orders have #s while others just have phone numbers. there were probably like 12 drinks on the counter waiting to be picked up and like 15 people waiting outside.
