My comments don't just apply to this location. I used to be a daily customer for years, before every store became a drive thru, became cold, and became loud. The music is no longer soothing and low enough so you can read a book or study, etc. Where did all the sofas go? Maybe the work area should be separate from the dining area. It is so loud behind the counter with so many employees serving the drive thru that they decided to crank up the music to drown out the noise. I rarely visit anymore and don't usually buy anything, since I won't be staying. Being at Starbucks used to bring back memories of a welcome place to be at. I met my wife at Starbucks. I occasionally stop by to see if anything remains of previous experience, but no, it is no longer the go to place. I only know of one location without a drive thru, so if one day I want to feel the Starbucks experience again, I will have to go there. Too bad it is far away. Maybe someone at Starbucks, with a memory, will remember what started the Starbucks experience. I guess the busy drive thru and pick up orders are making too much $$ to bring back the awesome Starbucks experience. I'm not holding my breath.
No fear when you see a long line; it moves quickly! They always offer a smile and great customer service. I love this location. It's one of my favorites!
This place is always busy so they may not get to you very fast. But normally, service is nice. New hours which could be a result of staffing shortages.
Very friendly. Asked for off menu item and they were more then happy to make it since they had the ingredients. Order was 100% correct. Frappuccinos were smooth. Awesome job.
Place is dirty.My coffee was wrong my bagel was cold they gave me cold cold butter. My bagel wascut up wrong.....
Not I’ve been to this Starbucks twice and I love their energy omg !! Edgar was fire he definitely provides a great customer experience!!
Wifi does not work. try to avoid this if you are looking for a connection to work or study.
Lousy Wifi. Mediocre service. No plug-in. Some tables were left uncleaned. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes unattended while some of the staff stood behind the counter chatting.

I cannot support a business that doesn’t care about the community in which they do business. I spent two hours cleaning up the sidewalk and parking lot. We picked up hundreds of straws, sugar packets, cups and lids, bakery item pouches and tea packets. Please do a better job of keeping my neighborhood clean. Have more trash cans available and partner with the property management to ensure the lots and adjacent sidewalks are clean please.
