I’m lactose intolerant and I’ve been ordering the same drink for a little while and I was unaware that it had dairy in one of the ingredients and one of the workers named Hailey informed me that the drink had dairy and she helped me make the drink non-dairy! She was really nice and the other guy who helped me at the window was also really nice great customer service!

I’m heart broken. This has been my favorite store for years. They’re THE best at making new drinks like the brown sugar shaken expresó(when it was new) today, however, I told the barista at the drive through, I wanted no whip cream and she said, “you said you wanted whip cream” I asked for a non-dairy drink, I never get whip with that. I saw them scraping the whip cream and shaking the cup ??♀️ I was gonna say don’t give me that but I saw her going to the other side(where I couldn’t see) and she came back got a fresh cup and said they made me a new drink. I froze! I didn’t argue and left with the drink just to throw it away. I can’t believe it! How can I trust them? So sad ?

When they have missing items they will replace my order on uber eats but when I’m the one who have modifications they told me they cant do anything. Self centered :)
