Pretty good selection of fresh toppings and I like that you can choose as many different ones as you want for your pizza. The $$ quickly adds up if you want anything but the thin crust. I also wish that their online menu of signature pizzas was displayed in store for ease of ordering.
My go-to Pieology right after a long shift. The staff are friendly, take care of your order, and do a great job working efficiently.
VERY rude manager, after taking our orders and payment, hysterically yelled at our family to leave the restaurant because we dared to have masks under nose and not over nose. Too much crazy at this location!
My pizza tasted over-baked. Crust was so thin it was like eating a cracker. Soda was flat. Selection of toppings felt scarce compared to competitors. Considering each item was $11 and $4 respectively, after tip and tax I got too close to spending $20 on "fast food" for just 1 person.I don't look forward to going to another Pieology ever again.
I am pleasantly surprised at how friendly, helpful, and quick this establishment is. They automatically split a pizza for you if you build a half and half pizza. Makes sharing it very convenient. I also lost an earring there and everyone (including customers) all were genuinely concerned and tried to help me find it. Thank you good people of Puente Hills! I will definitely come back! Hopefully someone finds my earring too! ?
The food always tastes great but the employees seriously hate their lives and should find new jobs or some happiness they’re very rude and awkward and act like they’re annoyed you just walked in. You can just feel the tension

This place is always good. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Pierise is my favorite because the crust is nice and thick.
I usually enjoy pieology but today was not a good experience. The service was slow and there were no customers when I first went in..my pizza looked like an oval egg and it was burnt. No response from any employee when I said this didn't look or smell right. Very poor quality and customer service
I was very disappointed in my last visit. It took us 45 minutes to get just one pizza. The workers were only concerned about the website orders instead of the customers that were physically there in person. I felt that the customer service was horrible and they need better training. Please go at your own risk.
