I went last week and I órder combo number 1 and the staff was so friendly and the manager was working hard cooking by himself
Very slow service. Averaged 10 minutes a car. Reaching the window I learned that they didn’t accept AmEx. They could do more to be fast, the Amex part is also a little unhelpful to customers.
The quarter pound patty was pink in the middle. Ask for well done on the quarter pounder. Fry cook may be new. But it tasted fine and some may like burgers medium rare. This is the first time and I have been eatting at Tommy's Original for over 25 years...
Been here quite a few times and I must say it is by far one of the best tommys I ever had in the county of los Angeles. Haven't had a bad experience staff is always friendly and food is always on point perfect only complain I can make is my soda was once watered down but I don't even care cause the food is always spectacular!
It's been awhile since we've been to a Tommy's. I dont remember the chili being SO THICK. It was like soft clay. The girl got our order wrong. We had to fix that. Held up the line. This was at the Industry location off the 60 fwy and Azusa Ave.
Food was excellent. We brought someone who had never had Tommy's and he was very satisfied with the Mega Combo.
The location in the City of Industry, made this for me, I opened up the wrapper and completely lost my appetite, it went straight to the trash. It looks bad and the bun felt wet on top.
This is my first time coming to this location and I must say food was great but......the drive-thru heck no, definitely order before you get there it took forever for me to get my food. And all I got was 2 chile cheese burgers it's just chili and cheese so it's not like I had a difficult order. Anyways that was the only thing wrong with this place was the waiting time but the food was great
Love this place I've been coming to the franchise with my entire family for over 45 years. We Love the chilli cheese fries with fresh onions on top... And we always leave with a 1/2 gallon on chilli... Enjoy you guys...
For some reason I love their chili burgers. Their chili tamales are good if I can enjoy it as an Americanized version and let go of expectations.
