The staff was wonderful, very accommodating! The food was North China, which is known to be better quality food! We went on a day that the pancake/bun chef was off work, but all of the food we got was terrific! Even the restrooms were gleaming, eye catching!
their service is horrible, lots of shouting and confusion. it went like this: you didn't pay for anything, theres nothing (we ordered online, paid already) >>> whats the order # (it was under my name) >>> you have to wait 20 minutes, he leaves (looked to be a few hours wait bc it was packed) >>> another guy just comes out and gives us our order (so this guy had no idea what he was talking about and it was very unorganized)

I have been purchased two times Togo order here. The first time I pick up in store, they missed my extra pancakes and my changes. I reminded them. The second time I ordered online delivery, they totally messed up my order. Shredded pork with garlic sauce replaced with Beijing shredded pork with bun? And they says if you spend over $70 will come with a dish for free, the free dish is missing! I ordered two extra pancakes just got one! Can’t believe how their staff working and are they actually trained? Do they know what they need to do? Two star for food, the food was ok. But service awful.

Very lackluster Peking duck restaurant. The duck came cold and none of the skin had any crispness. Glassy-eyed, zombie like staff really drove home how poor the quality is at this place. The highlight of the meal was the fried duck bones.
