Changing pricing on the spot. Didn't know there own menu and being very very rude. Will never go back now I see why they are all closing down.
(June 16, 2022) Great service with limited menu at the moment, closing at 8pm daily. I had the fresh strawberry pie. Yummy!
I was amazed the server would make an inquiry as to the Apple pie and if I would like it heated? But, nothing was never an inquiry made by the server?I got the slice of apple with cold butter smeared on the top of the pie, only to be asked once the pie was served did I want the pie to be heated?Go figure!
My friend and I shared a lunch for our birthdays. The staff and management were warm and welcoming.The portions were large and delicious. Go visit!!
Best chicken pot pies lemon meringue pie and corn bread .very clean inside right now you are served in. Containers they clean everything as soon as one leaves they clean the tables. Have been going there over 30 years.
We were served in Togo plates, plastic utensils worst restaurant experience I can recall, why even open just serve to go plates. I really didn't see the point. What a joke, the worst part about it is my mother really wanted to have pie. I suggest call ahead..
All the Karen comments on here are just a bunch of low people that expect life to be perfect. I came here and was warned of the environment by the girl at the register so I still made the choice to stay. Even tho food is packaged I still think everything came out perfect. At least they are trying and have some respect for the safety of their guests.
One would think that all the pies and sweet things they sell is exquisite.....well, no.I was so disappointed on the CORNBREAD. I had to toss 3/4 of it out. It was the worst one I have ever tasted. Not the usual flavor. You could not cut a slice as it would crumble apart, had so much Baking Power flavor that the taste in your mouth would make you gag.Other pies, Cherry, Apple and Lemon Meringue were amazing as always.Suggestion, you better revise the recipe for your cornbread before Christmas.

I'm sorry to say, I don't think they will last long. Covid has changed them. You have to eat in a to go box at your table with plastic everything. No waitress. The lady at the counter takes your order there. No people there. But they have a case of pies that nobody is going to eat. So sad. The food was excellent ?
