some of the employees there really need retraining on how to provide good customer service by the corporate. just go to in-n- out and see how friendly the staff are there.I was greeted with terse commands like, open up the app, what [donuts] do you want? then walking away without even saying, I'll be right back or instructions. I had to take a time out to calm myself down. will never go again no matter how good the donut is.
Very disappointed on there service , I when to buy donuts & the dining area was close and it was only 9pm & then I go to the drive thru & ask if I can do 2 sepreated orders the guy helping me said no I ask why & he just said no & I ask for the manager and I ask about doing 2 separate orders he refused & didn't said I'm sorry we don't do that anymore he was so rude & said no no & no, so when I place my order & got to the window I ask why the dining area was close & she said because all the high school students had to leave early witch for me that was the $**** excuess ever , put to top it off this was not a good service & rude as people ? idk if I'll go back there again.
Came in at 7 am in the morning. There was no line and they did not seem busy. I waited at he the counter for a while until a staff acknowledged me. Staff was helpful when I had a question about the filling of the donuts. Donuts are a bit pricy compare to their donut shops, and my donuts came out cold. The cashier did not seem to be very happy as she did not look at me or smile at all. An average donut shop overall, and I will probably not going to go out of my way to come here for donuts.
I have had a great experience coming to this Krispy Kreme location, so I will always make the drive to come to them. I wanted to thank manager Veronica and the team for their great service!
Good donuts. Sometimes a long drive thru line but I think its because people dont know they are still open for walk up orders also. You can also place orders via the APP to make things really quick.
I made it to the window with no line in the drive thru. Usually there is a long wait, but the doughnuts are always delicious. With such a practiced process, as you can see by the doughnut machine if you have been inside, it is expected to have such a line!
Always busy. Way too expensive. And unless you get the donuts right outta the oven they are usually not that soft. Very disappointing especially after how good they taste when they are fresh.
The clerk was very unprofessional and rude. According to their own pick up instruction I waited to pick up my order at the designated place, where they should place the prepared order. But today they didn't do that and one of the clerks accused me of cutting in line for it.
I love Krispy Kreme donuts! I don't know if it's me or what, but they have a good taste! Took my Mom, Aunt & grand daughter!
Was asked by an associate to wait a short while as hot donuts were on their way out. Well worth the wait! ty
