Average customer service average food my biggest complaint is that if I go during the nigth past 10 pm and I want a shake all of a sudden their machine not working an employee told me that the truth is they don't want to wash the machine of shakes after using it I find this very bad bcs the shakes are on the menu so due to their laziness they lie about it not working not cool

Stopped for a quick lunch, there was no line in the drive thru. I received my food quickly.
I recently gotten a Spicy Jack from here and ended up finding a long peice of hair on my food and also the fries were so stale and tasted very weird. But after that, I just never felt the same way for Jack's. Very disappointed.
Restrictions are for customers only. They can't tell who or not. As a customer I felt discriminated when told they were OUT OF SERVICE by the manger. Better control is needed.
