This place is my kids favorite place. The only place they actually give 5 stars!!! You may think it's because of the toys, but it's actually due to their outstanding service. The whole staff is very caring and attentive. The soup broth is simple delicious and the quality of the food is top notch. If this is your first time, I highly recommend the dancing noodle. Great experience!
First time trying this place out. It's very good and elegant on the inside. Restrooms are very clean too. We have the mushroom soup base and tomato soup base both of which were out of this world. The quality of the meat and veggies was great as well, definitely worth checking out or coming with your loved ones.
This place has a nice clean atmosphere. Their broths are quite tasty as well. The selections of meats/options, sauces/condiments, and drinks are quite whimsical and plenty to choose from. It’s a la carte based so it’s pay per items including the soups. You can choose up to 4 divided soups at the most per table. If you want the proteins and veggies together, you can choose from the combo section. You may also order individual items as well. I really liked their Kobe beef as it was tasty and tender. I also got to try their pork bone broth, tomato soup base, and the spicy soup. All were great in their own way but I really liked their tomato soup base. The spicy soup was definitely spicy and had quite a kick. The pork bone broth had a nice clean bone broth flavor, not too strong. As time goes by with the soups and combo, it should suffice in getting you full. I would come back here again.

For non-meat eatersI love this hot pot chain!Food: my family said the meat is not as good as the x-pot. But I love the fact that we can divide the pot into a four sections so I don't feel left out as a non-meat eater! Not that many Hot pot restaurants have this option. And water (comes with a few slice of daikon and some goji berry) is free, ?, for non meat eaters. All you have to do is put some garlic, green onion, some fancy condiments of your choice, and turn it into a soup base!Condiments station is awesome with all different kind of sauces! The dessert is always wonderful. There's free porridge, selection of fruits, and tofu salad!The bathroom is super clean, well stocked with so many fancy things like, and smell so good! This is a very important component as a nasty bathroom can destroy your visit no matter how tasty the food is! ?? Oh and they give you an apron to wear so foot doesn't have to flash on your clothes! So your bright color clothing can be protected.Service: very professional and courteous! Thank you, Adrian, our wonderful server!Overall, this is a great Hot pot place for anyone to visit and enjoy time together with family! This is the so far the worst HaiDiLao experience/ location I have been to so far. I had been regular visit HaiDiLao when I craving for hot pot. I been to some other branch such as century city mall, Irvine, Arcadia, and this time at city of industry is so far the worst dining experience.No complaint on the food quality, they are pretty standard good quality. The restaurant environment is not pleasant. 1) assigned table is way too small, once food arrived, I just hard to make myself move to eat. 2) music way too loud in the restaurant. When any table order the dancing noodle, dancer will play music along with the dancing noodle performance, which is pretty annoying. When the "mask changing" performance happening during the peak dinner hour, the background music is way too loud very distributed.Overall, I wouldn't return for this location.
Delicious food, excellent service & beautiful decor with live entertainment. The live entertainment is 变脸 face changing which is an ancient Chinese dramatic art that is part of Sichuan opera.
Fantastic food and great service. The soup base was amazing, but in case you need more flavors, they offer a great selection of sauces too.
