Good selection on their 2x$25 choices. Went for lunch and everything was pretty good. Understandingly the place seemed a little short staffed so the wait time for everything took longer than it should have even though it was about 25% capacity, the picture shows it was empty on one half. Overall however the experience and good was good. Good selection of beer and happy hour specials look good too.
We've been here before, food and service was good. The last 2 times we have gone, we have left without eating.Last visit, about 2 months ago, we were seated, waited 15 minutes, no one showed up to take our order, we left.Yesterday, 5/28 @ 8:48pm, we decided to try again. They were a lil busy. Walked in, greeted with "sour" faces. Plenty of empty tables but were told the wait was 10 minutes. 2 young ladies whispering at the hostess counter, we walked out, again! I'm not sure what has changed, but we don't feel welcome. We won't be going again and made to feel like we are not wanted.
Service at the bar was very bad. Waiting for utensils, water, a menu, etc. Even walking around it appeared as alpt of tables were waiting for someone to help them. Lot of the servers seem to hangout in the back and fraternize with each other. We asked the the happy hour menu and ordered well before the end of happy hour as we had to sit and wait for food we continued to order items off happy hour menu only to be told that happy hour ended and we will have to pay full price. When stated we were there will before the time that it began we were told the system doesn't allow to change it sorry as she walked away. Very poor service. Food was okay nothing to brag about. If I go back it will be for Togo only at this point
Waitress never came to refill my coffee, never, asked how we were doing, took over 10 minutes after I asked for the bill to give it to us. Maybe they were short on staff that day. Usually, service is better. Good price on menu for two.
Late night dinner in the bar; excellent service even though they were cleaning up to close. Food on point?
This Chilli's in the City of Industry is one of the better ones. Great food & excellent service. It's actually my favorite location. They have a great menu with lots of great prices, very reasonable children's menu and great margaritas. Sign up on their app for free items etc. I am very impressed with the delicious food. Try it!!!
Service was great. Low wait time when I went around 3:30pm. Food was good but a little cold. I got the full rack of original glazed ribs with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes
Excellent tasting food! Ordered to go and all the condiments were in the bag & my food was not only made perfect but they were nice & hot! Ordered Mini-Burgers (sliders) & fries! Great Hostess working & hustling yet remain very friendly!
What a disappointment!!! I will never come to this place again! Not only was it a bad experience with a rude waitress, but it seems as if they may be bankrupt or something because they could not accommodate me with my free chips and salsa even though I am a rewards member. FYI chips and salsa are free at any restaurant!!
This Chili's has the best steak and the mashed potatoes has bacon them, even the property was really good. I think Chili's has some of the best steak at any price, and the price here is just a little more than McDonald's. Outside like to mention that the waitress and other people that took care of us were all great.
