If I had the option I would give them zero stars for burning the food. This has happened twice now at this Carl's Jr. We had just had Carl's Jr recently at a different location and our food was much better. Order a western bacon cheeseburger and get burnt buns. My friend orders a superstar with cheese with whaddya know... We both served burnt buns. Get your stuff together at this location. <.<
I used to work here not that long ago and oh my let me tell you it's a horrible place horrible managment. There was roaches by the bread in the sink sometime and also by the fries on the floor or by the soda. The manager doesn't care about her employees she has us lie to customers as well. We have condiments but she told us to say we dont have any and would tell us that we can only give them out if there ordered a curtain item. Told us to not answer the phone and people always called. When the time was up for the drive thru she would tell is to ask the customers to back up or to park and I had no clue that I could get in trouble for that untill after a while of doing that. After that she told everyone we cant do it anymore cuase they caught us. This place is horrible the manager needs to be fired. And I messaged her several times about getting my new schedule she ignore me so I never got it never got a phone call nothing so I never went back
Seems like they don't know how to keep inventory, for condiments. Everytime i have order something from here 95% of the time either they don't have ketchup, bbq sauce, mustard, buttermilk ranch, or no condiments at all!!
Had Carl's Jr. Breakfast Burritos for the first time. They were good but rolled very quickly thank you to the team for their effort
How can you get a cold Famous star at 9am?? fries were cold, service was rediculous, asking me questions in the drive thru, through a solid glass window, barely hear her talk, meanwhile, the drive up window was wide open, can't talk thru the open window? Now I know why there was no one in line. Last time coming here.
It would have been nice if they tell you there out of something when your ordering instead of when you're at the window getting ready to pay
The food was hot and the french fries were fresh. The best part was the line was short compared to McDonald's close by. Carl's Jr food is about the same price and in my opinion much better.

They have the worst customer service here. Every time we come here for breakfast & it’s not even 11am, 1 or 2 minutes remaining, they won’t serve you breakfast. Too lazy for some reason, if your breakfast ends at 11am, & it’s before 11am you need to honor that time people!
