The food was good but extremely pricey.. Make sure that you actually like the item you will be paying for otherwise you will have wasted money. The host was annoyed with us and a little rude. The waiter was extraordinary! Great job to him! Overall it was okay. Would I go back? Maybe if their wings were cheaper and if I had the same waiter. Nobody can pay those types of prices for food anymore. Around $16 a plate and over $3 per drink.. It's best to just use that money to make something homemade. The pizza was mostly bread with some toppings floating on the very top. There were long wait times to be seated, to get drinks, and to get food.
We went to have lunch and there wasn't a lot of people. It still took our waiter almost 10 minutes just to take our drink order. We wanted to order an appetizer but they were out of it.Overall, the food was okay and the service wasn't that great. Our waiter took awhile to fill our order and drinks. BJs isn't what it used to be.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’d rather go to bed hungry.If i could give 0 stars i would. This had to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Upon arriving there was no one at the hostess stand. We flagged down a server in the bar section which we asked to clear a table for our party of four to sit at.We were greeted and seated by our server Israel. We were finally able to flag our server down and order drinks after 10 minutes. Another 15-20 min goes on and we receive our drinks and our server runs off before we could ask for straws or ask to order food. Another 10 minutes go by and we flag down our server and ask for straws. Another 15 minutes goes by and we have to flag him down again just for him to tell us they don’t have any bar straws. But we’d like to order; we ask for a shareable and the jambalaya with a few modifications. Our server reappears to tell us they’re out of shareable dough and that he’d charge us for two mini pizzas instead, walked off again before even receiving a response. My fiancé had to get up and request we be charged for a shareable pizza instead of two minis because it is the restaurants fault you’re out of something.After about 45 minutes the pizzas arrive, we wait another 30 min for the pasta to arrive. It wasn’t right, we asked for our server and he looked at us as if we did NOT tell him our food modifications. He proceeded to open his booklet and read the order as if it was going to be different. We sent it back. Another 30 minutes goes by the food is still not out. We ask our server for an update and it now seems like we are bothering him.The jambalaya comes out, the taste is horrible. We still want to give this place and chance and order dessert. Waiting another 30 minutes, nothing.We’ve now asked for a manager, we get Bob (i think that’s his name). We explain how unpleasant our entire experience has been from our server to our food to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant and he gives us a blank stare as if he has no idea what we are saying. As we are complaining to Bob our dessert STILL has not come out. He runs to the back, grabs them….they are cold and half done.As we are leaving our server runs after us to watch us walk out and the manager Bob follows us out to the parking lot to offer us gift cards….that we never received. Again; DO NOT EAT HERE.
Food was great but even better was our waiter Greg. very professional and very polite. He recommended some certain meals. Thank you for being helpful Greg

One of the worst experiences from a restaurant I usually like to go to. Terrible service from Brandon O. from the start to finish. Needs training on how to treat customers, a simple “welcome” would do from the start, but instead greeted with “can you move?” Proceeds to order and have a terrible tone of voice/gesture toward my fiancée and I. Never again.
Only few people for lunch but waited for more than 30 mins and still no waiter had attended to us. There were 2 waiters going around and they just stared while passing by. No one asked for our order so we just left. Happy Monday.

Been going to City of Industry location for about a year now and every visit has been pleasant. At times can wait up to 20 minutes but other than that no issue. Pleasant staff, easy going servers and always accommodating. I will continue with family, friends and dates.
Our server, Thomas, was wonderful! He was extremely attentive, which was more impressive given the fact that we were the only table outside for most of the time! He was kind, thoughtful, and vigilant. His kindness and efficiency were the highlights of our experience. Thank you, Thomas!
