The food is always good here. Sadly they are struggling with a lack of experienced staff so the overall âBenihana Experienceâ is not what it used to be. The inside of the restaurant could really use freshening up , new paint etc. It is still great for the food and we had a fun night.

Everything went well and there was minimal wait time.
Horrible from the beginning plates utensils and grill was super dirty the service was horrible server only checked up on 4 times since being there benihanas customer service has gone down besides the chef giving my noodles to someone else on the table
Reservation 7:15p.m, we were there 7:10p.m., Waited to be sat down, they called and texted me as I was sitting at the desk area by myself. 7:40p.m. finally to be sat down. Never waited that long with a reservation. Understaffed, let's just say the chef did his thing, waiter no, he didn't have plates, chef had to chase down twice and get more food that wasn't on his tray. Spent over 2 hours when normally in and out in 1 hour 30 minutes.
This location is terrible. We had a reservation, and waited 20 minutes to be seated. Once being seated we waited another 15, which gave us an opportunity to observe our surroundings. This location is run down, restrooms are disgusting, and theyâre understaffed. Other than the hostess that led us to be seated, we were never greeted by a waitress. Needless to say we were disappointed. We walked out without having dinner.
We had early dinner and my son-in-law paid for the whole party on 07/31/22. I had gift card that expire at same day. We were asking to reverse the transaction , so we can using the $60 gift card. The front dest lady went to ask the manager , later she came back and told us the manager refused to do the transaction and they can only take gift card for to go order. So we left ,because we just ate and we dont know what to order. Then I went back for to-go order 3 hrs later. I explained the detail to the waitress who took the order, but she can honor me for $10 dollar. Then I asked if I can get the help from manager , because the manager should know the whole story. Then manager came out , she told me that we should talk to her directly at the first place before we left the restaurant . I told her that we were be told by front desk lady , the to-go decision was made by manager and she already talk to the manager. I explained to the manager back that time, we dont want to get into any argument with these ladies and they offered the to-go option, so we left. In the end, the manager is only blaming us on the issue and not trying solving the issue. So we left without any to-go food.

I did make a reservation we waited to be seated about 15 mins which wasnât to bad. The server was ok. The cook was not very enthusiastic. All the other tables around us had very enthusiastic and talkative cooks we were even looking at the table behind us because the cook was putting on a good show. Thatâs the whole thing about going there enjoying the cooks show, it was a first time going there for one of the guests I had in my party and sad to say it wonât be a memorable one. They need to train that cook better.
