A family relative brought me there after another shabu was too crowded. This shabu was just ok to not bad but definitely not worth 4.5 on google maps. It's a typical Chinese-style Japanese Shabu, I'd rather call it a single hot pot. The style was Chinese, the waiters/waitresses were Chinese, the foods were Chinese and even the taste was Chinese.I don't know why I took 20 hours flying all the way from Shanghai to Los Angeles and ate such a personal hot pot blow average (compare to Shanghai).Repeat: A single personal hot pot is NOT equal to Shabu Shabu.
Friendly service and fresh food. Very clean restaurant with all the sanitary precautions for an enjoyable dinner. I highly recommend dining mid-week.
I got the small beef belly with the beef bone soup. (I also started eating when I took the pic, oops!). Their small may be a bit small for an adult? I left satisfied. I definitely could have eaten more, but at least I didn't leave hungry.Their beef bone doesn't have much flavor? Which kind of made me sad. Their house soup has more flavor and that's what I would recommend. They have their own sauce bar. I like my sauce with satay and ponzo, cilantro, green onions, and garlic!Would definitely recommend this shabushabu place!
Best shabu shabu in rowland heights been coming here for years!
I found it very expensive for what's served, the set menu is $15.50 and while the veggie serving is ok, the meat is very little. Check photos. Ordered 2 set pots, 1 extra meat (small) and 1 rice bowl and came for $60.Taste was ok, but also nothing to really highlight in my opinion.
Great atmosphere to dine in. Food prices are reasonable.
Probably the best shabu around
It’s been a year since it closed down. We missed this place.
Their Rib Eye is the best in town, been going here for almost 10 years already and celebrated 5 of my last 10 birthdays. Always very friendly, high quality meat and service. Love their coffee jello, just wish the cups were bigger lol
My family's go to shabu place! The in house sauces that they make, especially the sesame and AB ponzu sauce, are our favorite. As vegans/vegetarians, the veggie platter is definitely enough to be filling and their are sauces available for our dietary needs. Broth is yummy and customer service is excellent. We love this place, both for meat and veggie eaters!
