Food was incomplete when they gave it to us. They forgot to add the parmesan cheese to the garlic Parmesan wings. When we got home, the food was room temp (5 min drive). It looks like they forgot our fries and dropped them after we got there to pick them up. We returned the entire meal. And I lost an hour of my day and still need to make my family a meal.
Every time I come to this location they give me double what I ordered. 5 wings got 10 etc love they make up for never having order ready when you get there
Customer service was amazing. Kris at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed. He spoke with me until my order was ready. He even suggested flavors I should try in the future. He made sure I left satisfied. I will definitely be back.
Kristopher at the front desk made me feel very welcome coming in, and the lady Kim is very nice as well I will definitely be coming back. Very clean and positive vibes at this location I really appreciate that.
Your website says you're open for in house dining, but inside hasn't been open for months. Your employee said all the stores are closed to in house. You need to update your website.
You couldn’t have worse customer service from the supervisor on duty tonight . He claims his name is Deon , but I’d imagine with how he treated me that he gave a false name. Around 5pm on 1/29/22 . He claimed to be the general manager also , which I hope is false or else this location is in serious trouble. Whoever the supervisor on duty was tonight , whether his name is Deon or not has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. He is willing to get into a verbal shouting argument over the phone rather than attempt to resolve an issue that was an order made completely wrong ! Unbelievable . Whoever the lady who helped me after Deon hung up on me should definitely be in a position of control as she actually was able to professionally help me. To the owner , your leadership is in all the wrong spots. You should definitely look into shuffling your deck of cards.
AKA thigh stop. All my combos arrived sitting in oil. Not a little; it was the whole container. Even the Buffalo sauce was in oil. Will they do anything nope.

I ordered 3 large fries. And the amount of fries they gave me, is pathetic. Their ranch was also not enough. I ordered 3, and all half way full. For $1.29, you would think they can fill it up. They cheat you out of portion here. The Cirby location is so much better than this location. They also don't sauce their wings enough in this location. And the staff here is rude. I rather give by business to other locations.
