We went into the lobby at 1pm and was asked who let us in because I guess the lobby was closed due to one of the workers was going to lunch and they didn't have anyone else to work the front. There was no note on the door until my husband let a guy in and was told they can't take his order and the manager was mad because he was let in. He said there is no note which she rolled her eyes and then finally went to add the note to the door. They took our order which took forever and the burger was so dry and hardly any sauce on them and the fries tasted old. We will not be going back.
As other reviews state they are very slow and get items incorrect. I just ordered today 4/11/2022 at 10:03 am, don't remember the name of the sandwich I got but it was from the breakfast menu. I was only on a 15 minute break and due to the very slow service I didn't get out the drive thru until 10:16 and had to rush back to work. I assumed everything was right because I was handed my ice coffee that I ordered. By the time I got back to the office I was surprised with a chicken sandwich with tomatoes and fries....Not sure why someone would order coffee and a tomato chicken sandwich.Updated I obviously was not going to waste the food so I did eat it, mid way through the fries there was a long straight black hair. Not mine as it is now blonde and naturally curly.
The Alaskan fish sandwich. Should I try it? Will it be any good. How much will it cost? I think I'll order a drink with it. $4.37 later, I have a delicious Fish sandwich and a free soft drink. Are you kidding me? I love Wendy's.

The food was good & hot, but they were out of baked potatoes and chicken nuggets. They often run out of potatoes. Go early!
Whoever was working the fry basket this early afternoon on Feb 6th deserves a raise cause those were the best damn fries I’ve ever had!
Each time we've gone the last few times, not only are they are slow and get the order wrong/delete your order, so we had to start over at the window, we were in line for 35 minutes for them to mess up our entire order. Almost charged us double and gave us the wrong food. I know places are struggling right now due to the 'short-staffing' issue, so I hope they aren't having these same kinds of problems in the near future and can get back on track. We don't go here anymore and won't be till this start to go back to 'semi-normal'
This location has messed up my order more times than I can count. They are convenient to my work so I went here more times than I should. I will no longer be ordering here.

My visit here was nice the food was made quickly and efficiently, I was ordering then paying then on my way with very little delay Perfect!Overall great visit thank you for the workers and staff during these crazy times Much Appreciated!
