I rarely rate to complain but here I am. Just ordered curbside pick up for a charburger with cheese, avocado, and bacon.Got home and there was pineapple on the burger. Luckily I'm not allergic but someone else might not be so lucky. I called the Sunrise and Madison location (where I ordered); they apologized and offered to remake the order, but I am already home and feeling under the weather, so driving all the way back to their location was not an option. That was the only remedy they offered.This location regularly messes up my orders and has ridiculously long queue times. Save your money and get a burger somewhere else. This is the last time I order from here.*EDITI submitted a customer service ticket to the website immediately after my order was messed up. The "owner" has responded to this review asking that I fill that same form out. I still have not gotten any sort of actual response.
We always have great service and great food. I love the bbq chicken salad. Great flavor and healthy. It is one of my favorite salads. They have great burgers as well. It is a nice place to eat outside.
I just paid $6.29 for a Double Char, which is unreasonable for this burger. Second, they have a topping on the burger, in which they changed the ingredients, and NOT for the better. My mom and I have been eating here for years, because they served a burger that was different and delicious. Now they are just another burger, and their prices are much higher for a lesser quality product. Sad. ?
Not a good experience tonight. Forgot lettuce and tomato on my Double Char and fries were under cooked and greasy. This has been an inconsistent service location. And the location was not that busy.
Very good! Great prices comparable to fast food yet the quality was so much better.
Thanks Habit for coming through with a delicious, quick, and decently-priced veggie burger! Curbside pickup is a breeze (at least for 11am on a weekday ?) and staff is friendly.
Haven't been to this location for a while and it wasn't super busy for lunchtime. My order was correct and looked good, but it seems to have lost a little something that was there before the pandemic. One little note is that I ordered a double cheeseburger and halfway through it I noticed that half of one of the patties was missing. So, I guess I got a 1 and a half instead of a 2 patty burger. Fries were good and the tropical tea was excellent as always. Might need a little bit more time to get things back to its original glory to when it first opened as I remembered how good it was.
Ordered ahead of time so they can give me a time to show up, pick up the food and go home. Got there later then the time the gave, which was 30mins after ordered. Showed up and they told me it’s going to be another 20mins. There order system is flawed.
You might go for their charburgers, but I go to the habit for their freshly-made salads. The Southwest BBQ chicken salad is one of my favorites. It's a delicious mixture of; chargrilled chicken, garden greens, fire roasted corn, bacon, pickled red onions, tomatoes, red cabbage, cilantro, feta cheese. Covered in barbecue sauce and served with a side of dressing. The cilantro lime ranch dressing has been discontinued, which is a major bummer. The corporation needs to bring back this yummy dressing. I have eaten here many times and it has always been yummy. Unfortunately this time, within 30 minutes, I was dying from food poisoning. I'm not sure what happened with my food in this visit. I was horribly sick for hours. Thankfully, after that I was tired from the "getting it out of my system" process but back to normal. The crazy thing was the person i was with ordered the same thing as me except I added bacon to my #1. :( I hope the quality of the food goes back up by the next time I get the courage to try again.
