I tried to order a combo I found online and the employee said they didn't have it. I showed it to him on my phone and he got the manager. The manager said I had to order online but she could not show me on the website where it said I had to order it online and I asked if they could honor the advertised price. Within 15 seconds of speaking with the manager I had 5-6 employees standing opposed to me confronting me. I didn't mind all of them coming to assist but the "other" manager on-duty was intent on displaying his masculinity by puffing his chest and trying to intimidate me. He's lucky I am an adult and we weren't on the street because men know you don't pull that [email protected]#$ unless you are volunteering to get beat down. I asked the manager if she could create the combo (ie give me the items at the advertised price by discounting them) and she said she couldn't as she did not have the power to adjust prices along with that it would not be fair. I asked for the managers name and she refused, the "other" manager identified himself as a manager at this time and refused his name also. I asked what the store number was and they refused to provide it. They asked me to leave and I did. I guess the managers best business advice is to lose a customer for life because you didn't want to honor a legitimate request of a customer that would have cost you a couple dollars at most, if that. Brilliant!

This was the second time I've gone to this taco bell and treated badly. The first time some young tall guy saw me waiting to order and he said " use the computer we won't help you at the counter so use the computer". This time I went thru drive up and ordered 1 crunchy taco the girl inside said we don't have chicken tacos. I repeated no one crunchy taco. She charged me 1.99 but I noticed the board said taco 1.89 and I told her that. Some guy came on the speaker and said we can't change the price. They handled this very badly so I left.
WORST run Taco Bell EVER! Took over 25 minutes just to pick up 1 soft taco ordered online. Once waiting inside, They kept confusing orders & screwing up people's names. They were idiots. Will NEVER go to this Location again.....
I've given this taco bell 3 chances and Everytime, like clock work they screw up my order. It's either missing items or what I ordered was completely wrong. The attitude of the drive thru staff was the icing on the cake!! Just because I asked for a new soda because it was flat, the girl looked at me like I was stupid and just stared at me. I had ask her again, just for her to roll her eyes at me.
Nasty, floor. Service poor, young people did not change gloves after touching other things, computer screen, picking stuff off the floor. After seeing this got my money back.
Worst management in town. Always understaffed, line takes forever. DoorDashers we're waiting over an hour. Something wrong w the order Everytime. Go to the other one.

Maybe its ok i dont know. But Taco bell on this address never put napkins in the order. NO ASK, NO GET))) Why? Guys, it is simple hygienic practice... Hopefully you will read it and next time
The staff here always gets my order right, they are friendly and quick! One of my go-to stops in the neighborhood just because of the friendly and professional staff.
