Located off Antelope Road and 80, around Stones Casino. This location was quite busy but was able to get our order out within a reasonable timeframe. Be sure to use the app for $5.99 box combos which are significantly better priced than ordering in store. App perks are really cool too and include free tacos and this time a free Mexican Pizza. At the time dine in was offered as well.

Decent food. But the real reason I’m reviewing is because of a situation that happened while I was waiting in the drive through line. The car in front of mine parked at the drive through window and literally did not move for 37 minutes, the reason for this? He was fighting for an order that the Taco Bell employees did not have, the reason they didn’t have his order? BECAUSE HE ORDERED FROM POPEYES NOT TACO BELL. I saw them try to explain it to him a few times and he ignored them. Finally he moved and the employees were super nice and very fast in getting our food out we definitely appreciated that. It was kinda funny but also I’m sure stressful for the employees working. Props to them for handling it so well

This place literally is the absolute worst. If you don't check the bag you're absolutely screwed. If you ask " is there a cheesy gordita crunch in the bag " , Triffinie will mean mug you with her sick smoke shop looking grilllllz and say yes have a good day. 5 years later of the same service I think , is it Triffinies fault or is this just simple one of the worst ran Taco Bells in the greater Sacramento region , Pablo ? No need to answer hombre , this location is garbage. Thanks for the dirareaah

I looked at the menu online to prepare my order and I ensure the items I selected were not "online", "app" or "delivery" only. When I was in the drive-thru and tried to order a particular combo they said they didn't have it. I insisted, they got the manager. She said it was "app" only and I told her the website did not indicate this and I offered to show her. She wasn't interested in looking. I ordered a combo I didn't want at greater expense. At the window I asked if my meal could be discounted $1 to match the deal I actually wanted and to MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY (for $1... what a bargain). The employee went to get the manager and she was on the phone but clearly saw I was waiting. She felt her phone call was a higher priority than the customer at the drive-thru window with a $1 request. I didn't think asking Taco Bell to gift me $1 or show me I was mistaken (the combo is only available to order online or "at some locations" etc.) or to simply honor the prices advertised online was too much to ask but this genius "manager" (I assume she is related to ownership as no one would hire a person with her customer service "skills" on purpose) deemed it a prudent business decision to lose a customer for life than to pay $1.

If I could give this place no stars I would they are notorious for charging you for things they don't put in the order. Then when you ask for a refund you cannot because they want to waste more of your time coming back to the store and wait even longer. They have stolen so much money from customers who have been letting it go for so long, " Hi I am one of them".

Pretty upset right now. Usually this Taco Bell is my go to in the area since it tends to be faster than the other. But not tonight. 30+ minutes in line only to drive 10 minutes back to my house and to realize I'm missing an item. And the Burrito Supreme is poorly put together; literally almost just lettuce and cheese. Not happy at all and Taco Bell, fast food in general has been a negative or on a decline on the service side since the pandemic. This place seems to be doing the same thing.

Fast service, inside is clean. One of the better taco bells in the area!

Food was great, folks were nice, drive thru line took forever!

Drive thru at night always seems to take unnecessarily long for some reason .. I'm not too sure about the day time since I haven't been there much in the earlier hours .. my advice would be to go inside whenever possible, especially when picking up Doordash orders! One thing I would like to complain about with Taco Bell overall, what's up with these prices ?? I remember I used to love coming here for a couple burritos when I was extra hungry and only had a few dollars spare. Now these little burritos are costing $2.49 a piece ?? ??

6:20 pm on a Sunday night and took 27 mon. to get through the drive through.2 Nacos, 1 Chalupa, 1 Bean burrito, and over $18.00 later.....way over priced.
