There’s been two separate occasions where they just simply do not make your food when you order in the dining room, and then they tell you that you never ordered, even with the receipt text to your phone, I would never do that job, so I don’t blame them for being lack luster, I just wouldn’t recommend going to that location for any reason, definitely drive up the block to the next one
DO NOT GO INSIDE TO ORDER!I can't stress this enough. Our order took over 30 min and when brought to the attention of the manager, I was told that drive thru will always be the priority because it has a timer that tracks their average that gets reported. Dine in does not so there is no reason for them to give customers a positive experience, because we don't matter. There is no reported statistics for dine in.All of this on top of the disgusting state of their dining room. Used gloves and food scraps everywhere. There was only a couple of tables that were not covered in food.
They want $15 an hour & refuse to make orders correctly & then refuse to make it right & hang up on you. Then laugh saying the better business bureau isn’t gonna do “shit” for me, then continues to hang up. When he would answer, he laughed again saying he’d give me the managers name so that the manager could back him up. & then said I was banned from all Taco Bell’s? I have a recording from my living room camera showing how calm I was. This is wilds I can’t put 0 stars or I would. Riley is a TERRIBLE representation for Taco Bell. If I ever treated someone like that at my job, I’d be fired on the spot.
Got the nacho fries and damn there good but the manager were MEAN to her employees
Terrible service watched my food sit on table for 5 min with nothing done to it before I could get someone to hand me the order they tried to smooth it all over with some coupons smh
They got the dumbest woman known to mankind running the drive thru and she can't seem to use her ears correctly . How do you confirm an order 3 times and still get it wrong twice. ?? You're definitely at the career you belong to :)
I ordered burrito Supreme/taco Supreme extra lettuce and tomatoes on burrito , because last time i think they put 2 pieces of lettuce and tomatoe . So i will pay the extra dollar for them . Well i got a grilled bean and meat burrito no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sour cream. I quess they just don't care what you order or pay for. Atleast i got the taco Supreme.
Food was just okay. They need to bring back some items that most folks enjoyed. Such as,Bell burger, enchilada, tostada,& put olives on/in the food.
I will never come back to this taco bell location. Tried to go into the lobby tonight at around 5:05 completely unaware the lobby closed at 5:00 cause I can see people sitting down eating. A kind Gentlemen opened and held the door for me as he was leaving at which point the MANAGER runs over and instead of explaining to me the lobby was closed they can't let anyone in, SLAMS the door in my face and rudely says "we're closed!". Completely unacceptable. There's people inside eating already yet I was treated as though I was in the wrong for trying to do the same. No one forced you to work there. I'd consider a new career path if a little bit of adversity in the fast food industry caused me to be that rude to a totally unsuspecting customer.
For 2 day's they kept telling me their system was down I asked them for the corporate phone number and they gave me the corporate number to McDonald's. they were rude and I think the health department closed them down temporarily.. This place is garbage. And the food don't taste good anymore
