Never had a bad experience at a Subway, and the new subs are pretty good and a nice change. Unfortunately, several Subways refuse coupons, so there are only a few I go to. I wouldn't mind so much, except they were always nasty about it, to the point of avoiding the store and driving a. Couple miles further, or go to the Drive through Weinersciitzel, a dirt cheap hotdog and shakes place, with awesome prices for dirt cheap food. Plus, if you tell them to overcook the fries they do it no problem; I've never had a bad meal eating in or drive through.

The business looks clean, the person who attends is friendly, but one more person is missing so you don't have to wait so long for your order and I also think forndi music for a cooler environment

The sandwich was ok but I have a little trouble understanding how you can order a Baja Chicken and Bacon sandwich and the person making the sandwich forgets to put bacon on it!!!!! Really??? This store has a lot of bad reviews so I'll probably try a different one the next time I decide to have Subway.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is beyond disgusting. The bread isn't real. The tuna didn't have tuna in it. Every subway should be shut down and never allowed to operate again.

Tried to give me old lettuce. Also overcharged me for the daily special 6inch. I had to ask for my money back so make sure you check your reciepts.

The worst experience since I been here. They took an hour tried to rip my tomatoes and put it in the bread. The girl is very rude and disrespectful. She lucky she's not in hawaii this would not be tolerated. I will now never ever go to subway and let it be known do not go to subway on greenback. Subway u have lost loyal customers and I will try my best not to have any of my family members go there. Worst place to get a sandwich. Pretty sad. And I only gave 1 star cause I had to else it wouldn't let me write this review.

There is one girl here working a job for minimum two people. This is a management issue. She can’t do online orders and help a line of people. You set her up for failure. Poor girl.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude employees. Dining room was dirty

worst experience of my life. The bread was so dry and it was hella cold. They don’t even putt the patties in the oven.

I come here pretty often since I've lived around the corner several years, and in all of that time I have only ever had VERY minor issues. Like: They cut the one sandwich in half out of multiple that didn't want to be cut. Not a big deal. And a gal who was brand new who added oil/vinegar to both sandwiches when only one wanted it along with the salt and pepper on both. Easy mistake! The one other time it made a difference (i.e; misheard and put the wrong sauce that I really don't like), they happily tossed it and remade it right away. That's it! Imagine going to the same fast food for 4 years regularly and only experiencing 3 minor problems the whole time. That's impressive to me. The owner is a charming woman with a beautiful voice who is very outgoing and friendly, she always is quick to reassure about how strictly she manages quality anytime anyone asks. The place is almost always spotless, the one time I noticed any dishevelment was during a long rush where they were clearly reorganizing the lobby and couldn't finish right away. The staff have always been very nice, they manage big lines and rushes pretty well with some speedy sandwich making that doesn't skimp out like some other subways. I've never seen any questionable produce or cheeses, not even once, and their bread is always soft. My ONLY other possible complaint is that maybe half of the time one of the cookie types will be sold out - Usually the seasonal ones. The food is classic subway fare, if you like the sandwiches (I love them) then you'll enjoy here. Great spot!
