Dude made my sandwich like he had to be with his wife giving labor. I’m always nice when people are making me a sandwich because I used to work at a little deli sandwich shop myself and picked up on customers pleases and thank yous. He very sloppily and hastily threw the thing together making a total mess with the sauce, lettuce and pickles literally no exaggeration throwing it on the sandwich instead of placing them on there. Then at the end he crumples up the napkins before putting them in my bag. Not sure if dude was having a bad day or what but he did such a noticeably poor job i had to write a review lol. Go to a different subway. As long as this guys working there at least.
Placed an order at 8:55PM last night & was told by the app that it would be ready for pick up at 9:15PM I go to the store & it’s closed. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON THE APP. I go in the next day & was asked by one of the workers to recite my order off of the app so they can make the sandwiches while he simultaneously was giving me 2 different phone numbers & an email for me to send my receipt of to. For something I already paid for & they hadn’t made. I thought this was very unprofessional. They also told me if I wanted a refund that I would need to print out my receipt myself at home. Awful store.
The store says it closes online at 9:30 and yet you go in a 7:45 and they have nothing available. The girl just said sorry about that and kind of smirked. What’s the point of saying you’re open till 9:30 if your store is just going to have nothing available? Thanks for wasting my time
Around 630 to 7 I went in two girls were on shift and when my girl asked for light vinager she puts heavy my girl said something ignored her and finished and asked what else . What else did we find in her sandwich?? A nice long hair... Yea I live in the area and I won't be coming back here thank you

Food was ok but when the man I think the manager noticed we were there he jumped and changed feel almost like he doesn't trust the other employees
Photo time stamp is at 8:57 PM. Workers closed and left before 9:00 PM even. This has happened all week. Update your hours or deal with your employees. If you close at 9:30, latest they should stop serving is 9:15… not closed by 9:00.

When visting the store the other day the owner was nothing but disrespectful and seems to be beyond rude to the staff. he needs to be humbled!!!!
