Hit or miss here. Sometimes the service is wonderful. Today it was not. I ordered my usual drink that I always get and they put barely any oat milk in it and when I asked for more I could hear 3 different workers bashing me the entire time and being very rude about it. I didn’t realize it was hard to add another splash of milk. As a former Starbucks employee I know that the company prides themselves on making the customer feel welcome and this experience did the opposite for me. Won’t be giving this location my business anymore ?
Serena is by far one of the most EXCEPTIONAL baristas, waitresses, servers or otherwise at a food establishment I have ever encountered. Me and my husband have a blog channel where we recount our travels all across the US to evaluate the service of local food establishments. This charming little Starbucks, planted humbly in a desolate plaza in Citrus Heights California, has utterly stolen our hearts! It all began, surprisingly, when I simply wanted some coffee to start my day. I walked into the front door and was met by a symphony of good mornings. Serena then came to the counter to take my order. It was 5 AM but her upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude would inspire you to double-check the time. She asked for my order to which I asked for a Venti triple-shot blonde ristretto vanilla white mocha with 3 pumps of vanilla (per her recommendation) and it was heavenly! I had energy for the rest of the day to finish my editing for months worth of videos in that single day! I’ve since asked for this drink at every Starbucks location I go and I simply haven’t had it made to the same level of perfection that it was made for me on that morning. I couldn’t quite make out the nametag of the woman working the machines but I believe her name was Jay. She had black hair with bangs and she cleary knew what she was doing! Will definitely come back again whenever I’m in town!
This Starbucks has the best customer service I ever experienced, and has my family favorite drinks too.
Out on a walk and needed some instant snack! Got the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich ? ?. Place was clean and well staffed.
The beverages were tasty and the waiter was nice enough to bring the drinks to the car for my daughter.
The barrista went to extra lengths to search for my requested peach tranquility hot tea....and she found it! It was just what I needed for my morning and I appreciate her going the extra effort to check their stock! My feta wrap tasted great too. Thanks!
If you are trying to use a Starbucks gift card here you're taking your chances. We had 5 or 6 gift cards and none of them would work at this store and the employees didn't seem to be the least bit sorry. Went to the Madison store in Fair Oaks and the gift cards work fine.
Great place to go for a coffee or quick bite.
Always get a great cup of expresso here.
No idea why anyone would ever use the Mobile pickup option because you're going to be waiting for your order anyway. In town for the week and been going here for the past 3 days with the same issues of waiting for my mobile order. I get if it's busy but almost no one was in there the past 2 days. Save time and go somewhere else, my drink was slapped together and poorly proportioned.
