Love it here! Great atmosphere! Competitive, quick game play. Employees are lots of fun and very interactive with the tables while making sure to maintain ga high standard of professionalism and class. Sammy's restaurant is always on point and while you're playing, Stones offers 35% the entire food menu. I highly recommend anyone in, around, or traveling through the Sacramento area to stop in and enjoy themselves!!
Me and my wife went here yesterday after her birthday for breakfast and where do I start. I’ve came here before for drinks but I have never ate here I’ve always been told that the food was very good so I was very excited to come here and try what they had to offer. Once we were looking at the menu the food items are very extensive and prices were a little high but everything sounded really good. Me and my wife started off with breakfast burritos which came out to actually be pretty big and very delicious. We also tried their truffle fries That were perfectly cooked and crispy with every bite. My wife also decided that she wanted to try the meatballs with bread which delicious is an understatement on how great these were the bread was nice and crispy and cooked perfectly the sauce on the meatballs was excellent. I our waiter was awesome and kept my wife’s mimosa filled without even asking and was very helpful with picking out items and offering suggestions. As we were getting it to the end of our meal our waiter showed up with a dessert for my wife as it was her birthday the day before it was ice cream in a wine glass filled with whip cream and cherries and had caramel and nuts at the bottom. It was very delicious and the portion size was crazy as me and my wife won’t even able to finish it. I think me and my wife found a new spot to come and start eating hopefully weekly because we can’t get the flavor of the food they’re out of our heads. Also for the environment I didn’t know if it was going to be super loud when we went there as it is a casino but you are pretty far from the casino floor, but even if you were on the floor the whole environment is very calm and is welcoming to everybody. I went to this restaurant for the first time. It was my 60th birthday and I guess I was expecting a lot. The food menu is okay. But no different from any other restaurant. I was hoping to see a larger selection. Something like the casinos have out of state. The server was very polite and friendly. And the security guard at the front of the building was extremely and friendly.
Not only was the food phenomenal, more importantly the customer service was impeccable. The person, Taylor, was far and above kind and generous with her time and effort. She personally brought out the order, and was in communication the entire time. I highly recommend this restaurant if one wants fantastic food, and remarkable customer service.
My family and I have been going to Sammy’s off and on for years. Lately they have been having many staffing issues and have had delays in food and bar service.We had the best possible experience from Patty the sous chef here, she was the active manager for the night and was very proactive in telling us their situation and making sure we were taken care of. She was an absolute delight and very compassionate.Despite the issues that MANY businesses are facing I will happily be returning as soon as I can for some good food and good drinks.
It's Stones just another card room the plus side to them is the full service bar and restaurant. They have the best duck tacos in Sacramento hands down. If you never have had duck or duck tacos I suggest you go to Stones and try them you will fall in love with them I promise. They are pretty cheap to think it was like 11.00 bucks for 6 tacos. Absolutely love them I go all the time just for the tacos lol
The food was great, as was the service. But for the prices; though the food was very good, it was not so very good to warrant, what I considered to be, small portions. I ate half of the appetizer, my meal, half my friend's order, drank my cocktail and a water, and found myself hungry by the time I got home.My problem?Probably.Bottom line: Good food and service, not as good price-per-portion.

I have gone to this Restaurant 3 x...everytime I went the service was bad....We had to ask for refills on our drinks..sometimes we got them and sometimes we repeated our order...Never received fresh grated cheese for my Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp...one of our orders Chicken Tenders and French Fries came out on separate dishes and at separate times...had to ask for a table setting a couple of times...I could understand if you were busy..we were in there just after lunch time....and only a couple tables had patrons...I can assure you, I will never patronize this establishment àgain...
