I know there are tons of round tables but the staff at this one seems to be pretty upbeat and always in a good mood. They usually get your food out before the estimated time and then on Mondays with a half off any large,extra large pizza between 4:00 and 7:00 is a must..

Not super happy. Just picked up an XL pizza and small pizza for close to $60 and they wouldn’t take a $5 off coupon because it was for a large pizza not XL pizza. And when I asked for ranch I could only get 2. Guess I’m just disappointed. ?
I love this place so much. Everyone here is so nice and respectful. The owner is so sweet and a good guy. Honestly my favorite pizza place. Good prices and literally couldn’t complain. Definitely would recommend. :)

I just can't get over the smell in the bathroom. Anyways, staff was ok nothing to complain about, if anything they were particularly patient with an odd customer there at the same time as us... My daughter's pizza was ok. My salad, not so much. Some of my toppings had a fermented taste. It was our visit to the restroom that drew a line and prompted this review. It smelled soooo so bad, like a litterbox for multiple cats (odd I know) but it was so bad and to top it off there were cockroaches seen while in there. I don't think I will ever go back to this location again ?
Nothing beats fresh out of the oven pizza! So glad done in was available.
Second time ordering from here... it took them forever to get my pizza. I get that it was a busy day seeing it was a Monday. I got there around 6:16 after I phoned in my order around 540, and finally actually able to leave with my pizza around 640ish. When I was told it was only to be 5 minutes left.. But the next day me and my daughter are having stomach issues and the only thing I've had that would have bothered me is the pizza.
Unfortunately an extremely disappointing experience tonight at 6:18 PM on Sunday, October 24, 2021. However I want to be FAIR! We have ordered from this location as Dine in, and as take out customers, and we’ve always have had a positive experience. So, this 7943 Greenback Lane location of Round Table has gotten it right more times then not! Sadly this Sunday evening I came in during the Hard Rain to pick up my pizza order, (which the call in went very well) and waited for someone to acknowledge me. After a few minutes, a Heavy set middle aged lady assisted me. Streaked blondish hair. She wasn’t rude until she told me to insert my card, and follow the directions and press the green button to finalize everything. I did exactly what was asked of me. While I was waiting she left the area during the card processing. She returned and asked me to insert my card. I explained that I had already done that, she said, “Do it again” in a flip matter of fact tone. She was then rude in tone and body language. I told her she was “Temperamental,” and she returned a comment with an obscenity. I was flabbergasted. While I walked out, one of the guys from the crew on the pizza making side yelled out vulgar obscenities. I was completely shocked. I realize the employment pool is thin, and staffing choices are slim. However, it’s extremely unfortunate this location has had to hire substandard workers without any regard for decent service. None whatsoever. We supported this location through the pandemic and long before the pandemic. I hope this location will think twice about existing staff and future hires. No sauce was offered to accompany the bread twist. Poor service and obscenities directed at me by the staff.
