Be careful not to leave your phone laying around. People here will not turn it in, they will keep it.Other than that, the food was mediocre at best.The service was great, though! Trevor was awesome. It's not his fault the food sucked and someone stole my phone.Red Robin was so much better 15 years ago. It just sucks now. Go to Crepes and Burgers instead if you want a cheeseburger - best cheeseburgers in Sacramento!
Stopped by your Greenback location on a Monday at 5:30pm. Hostess (also stated she was the manager) was behind the podium. We (3) asked to be seated in the bar area. The hostess/manger told us the bar was CLOSED, the bartender was on his break. We said that’s ok, we would just like to sit down and wait, not a problem. She said no, the bar is CLOSED. Ok, we get that, but can we just be seated and wait. She again said, no, he wouldn’t be back for 20 minutes, we could sit in the waiting area. Keep in mind, the restaurant is at 25 percent capacity. To make matters worse, the pink haired employee at the entrance is rolling her eyes the whole time because she also doesn’t get customers won’t return if the service is poor. It’s too bad, the hostess/manager is so customer unfriendly that their 25 percent capacity is for a good reason. We will not return.
Shout out to our waitress in the bar area! You were A1! Thank you for the best hospitality I've had in awhile.Our drinks were never empty and we got fries before our food while we waited.The food was hot and did not disappoint. I'd definitely go back.Recommend bar area for the banging service!
Great burgers for a major chain. The fries are unlimited and awesome. The zucchini fries and onion rings are even better. Lately the staff had been a little scatter brained but the food comes out good and the staff is friendly. I have had bad service 3/4 of the times we sat in the bar, so we don't do that anymore. Overall a good restaurant.
My 2nd time at Red Robin and the food was exceptional.My server was nice, friendly and my order was accurate.However, the remainder of the staff seemed a little off. Maybe because I got there an hour before they closed on a Sunday night.Whatever the reason, I was quite surprised of the unprofessional attire, lack of hustle and overall friendliness.I was very grateful my server wasn't part of this 'funk.'

I was very disappointed after I sat down to order. It was my birthday brunch and I chose red robins to dine at because I had my heart set on your red Robin burger. I was then informed that I want available because they where having trouble with their grill. That messed up my day and appetite. I went on and ordered something anyways instead of going somewhere else to dine. I know you understand how it is to have your heart set on something and not being able to get it. I feel like they could have cook the one over ready egg on a regular skillet to accommodate my order. Even tho there are unlimited fries, they where not fresh so I had to send them back for fresh and hot ones. My overall experience was very disappointing and it would make me think twice about dining there anytime soon. Thank you for listening
Went with my mom and the food was great! Our server was absolutely amazing. We talked about my upcoming wedding and she gave awesome advice on how to relax on my big day. I can't remember her name but would love to have her again as a server.
Great service- everyone was polite and helpful. I wanted to try the new pizzas advertised. My server was patient and took time to explain items and give details about each one. I chose one that I was happy with and it was quite tasty! Definitely planning on going back!
