Service was very good and the food was good. I had not been in a Red Lobster since prior to Covid. The consensus at our table was that the cheddar biscuits were not nearly as good as they have been in the past. There was minimal flavor and they just lacked their usual extraordinary flavor.
First time being in ANY Red Lobster and I'm glad we came to Citrus Heights..We had the best and knowlegeable servers! Rafael was excellent and Curtis was great.. they made our night super special. Their Margaritas are great! The bartender who made them was awesome, she was SPECTACULAR! Thank you guys!! Definitely will b back?
Had the best time with my friends the other day on my Birthday! Don and his wife Bree (apologies if I didn't spell that right) took the BEST care of us. The food came hot and delicious. The drinks came cool and OFTEN.Thanks Don, Bree and Red Lobster!

Anna our waitress, was the best, most attentive, kindest and all around best server and sweet person. We had a really BAD day "put our dog down" and she made us feel very special! Please pass along that she is AMAZING and will not be forgotten. She should be a trainer for what all service people should be like!! Thank you, John Cates
Date of visit: April 15, 2022 between 5:10 - 6:30 pm. The hostess up front was doing so much. She was helping the door dash drivers, handling to go orders, putting the long line of people on the wait list and answering the phones. The poor girl was so overwhelmed. She was not getting support from her coworkers at all. Other workers were just roaming the floor holding an iPad and not doing much at all. We arrived around 5:10pm and was told the wait was around 20-25 minutes. She took down our phone number and said that we will get a text. We NEVER got a text. After 20 minutes, we went in the restaurant and was told we missed our turn because we didn’t respond when we were called so they put us back on the bottom of the list and wait would be another 25 mins. We were not happy. Manager came up to us with an attitude and said that we didn’t give our phone number. Lie! They seated us and noone even apologized. Food came to us cold. Appetizers came (cold) after we had eaten the main course. What an awful dining experience! So disappointed in our neighborhood Red Lobster!
Very busy had 730 preferred seating didn’t get to the table till 8 o’clock. Food was really good will go back again
Our server Janet was fabulous and accommodating. Can't say much for the food. But if you like over cooked fish, pasta and cheese flavored lobster bisque this is the place for you. 5 star prices for lower then Mcdonald quality food.
Enjoyed the Monday special all-you-can-eat shrimp. The coconut shrimp is crispy delicious dipped in their tropical sauce. The fries were cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend the Citrus Heights location
Asked 4 times about my order waited an additional 15 minutes and then I get home and it looks like my food was shaken before put in bag. I called and did wait a little longer. But they came through. I appreciate all the time they spent to help me.
