Showed up at the end of the night. The guy was nice and professional. Burger was good. The chicken stripes were not that great but my wife liked them. The fries were really good. Even when they got cold they were still good. I'll like to go there again to try a few more items.
Really disappointed with Rally’s. This was our first time going there and we were really excited to try their food. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the fries that we ordered.
Decently priced for a quick burger. The most amazing food? Not quite. But will definitely hit the spot without having to pay crazy amounts for fast food. The line went pretty quickly for us. My cheese champ was pretty good, but I would pass on the mozzarella sticks next time.
Tried this place a couple weeks ago, speed of service took longer than expected for only one car in the drive through before me, new place, ok still training possibly, but I got the food, the burger patty was old and dry and looked like it was from the day before. The fries tasted fantastic and they were actually warm compared to the dry cold burgers… 3 were ordered 3 were old, cold, and dry. I’m giving it another shot today, asking for everything cooked fresh even though they should have times stamped on their product so they don’t have issues giving people old products that have sat on a warmer forever.
Rally'sI decide to try Rally's for the first time since it’s been awhile since they first opened and figured it had died down. I was right, only a couple of cars in line which the wait wasn’t bad at all. The person that helped me in the drive through was very friendly. I tried a chicken sandwich (classic mother cruncher) it was good however I didn’t like the tomato tasting sauce that was on it, would have preferred a mayo based sauce but other then that it was good. The seasoned fries tasted good. My highlight was the funnel fries those were delicious ?
Everything I remember from 23 years ago when I lived in Kentucky for a while. Best chili cheese fries with a few additions to the menu like the chicken wings. The Big Buford tastes exactly the way I remembered. The cheesesticks are tasty too. Maybe one day, White Castle will show up.
I don't know why the low rating but here's my take on Rally's.We tried them about 1 month after the grand opening and the drive thru line was pretty quick.I had the burger with fries and both were delicious especially the fries. This is not a 5 star joint but a solid 4 stars. My final take:Food 5 starsService 4 starsPrice 4 stars
I was in the drive through for twenty minutes with only three people ahead of me, including the several minutes I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the speaker, and I was waiting at the window for more than five minutes with only a small order. They were exceptionally slow with several employees doing nothing inside. Despite how much time they took, my burger was barely warmed through. The fries are good, but not worth the wait.Go to Sam's Burgers down the street for a superior burger with a reasonable wait.
Just wow. Way to introduce the Rally's brand to this area. 2 months after my first visit and I can see nothing has changed. This place needs a change of management maybe? How about close, properly train and then reopen. And given the other reviews I know I'm not wrong as management suggested in my first 1 star review. Tonight I arrived and there was not one car in front of me. So I decided to time them. It took 4 minutes to place my order as I was told to hold on when I arrived. After that, a total of 6 minutes and 38 seconds to recieve the sodas and finally a bag. I stopped the timer as shown in the picture. But that doesn't account for the additional 1-2 minutes that was not timed on my phone because after checking bag they forgot to add the two fries for the two combos I ordered. A total of 13 minutes if we round up. Again for a fast food burger drive through, it shouldn't be taking this long. Timing is consistent with other negative reviews. The guy behind me probably waited 20 minutes just to order and get his food. Ridiculous! Just imagine if you were 3rd or 4th or 5th in line. You will be waiting a long time for your food.
I came here to try this place...just wanted something to try. I thought the fully loaded fr8es sounded good...so I ordered them. They were 3.99 for fries topped with cheese sauce...ranch...and bacon. They were so small...literally a child's size fries with cheese and bacon. Theyare not worth 4 bucks. The fries were soggy...not crispy at all.The cheese sauce is very salty. I would never order those again. The sign says they are famous for their fries...Well that's a hard no...I have had much much better.Don't order this unless you want to bevery disappointed.
