Love karaoke on Friday nights. Deinks are great and food is ok. I order the tacos appetizer, comes with a variety of tacos.

Horrible place to go eat Mexican food I don't recommend it to nobody the salsa is not tastey. The easiest rice is horrible too and the waiters they never check your table very bad service with waiters... I think Taco Bell sauce is way better than that
I have really enjoyed the fish tacos here. The carnitas tacos were pretty good but I was really disappointed in the Chile Verde. It just didn't have the flavor it needed. And absolutely no heat. I also thought the price was a bit much. I'll be back for more fish tacos but doubtfully much of anything else.
I've been wanting to try this place and like it, but honestly it was Not good & Rafael our server sucked! He barley spoke to us wasnt friendly and didn't even come check if we needed anything. I ordered a Molcajete and it just wasn't good, my husband got a plate with chile verde, chile Colorado and a chile relleno it wasn't good, my daughter got a shrimp enchilada plate she couldn't even finish it, and the chips and salsa sucked. Go to El Tapatillo or Rey Azteca.

Walked in, great response and quickly greeted. Sat us right away. Drinks quick despite the place being busy. Chips and salsa delivery quick. Chips a little stale and not enough salt, salsa fairly good and fresh however not much taste and seemed watered down, had to add lemon. My meal was Juevos Rancheros that was just eh, lack of flavor, rice lack of flavor and a bit cold, beans typical. Wife had carne asada, steak was amazing and tender, really good. Kids had tacos, one of my son's said this was his favorite tacos now.Outcome:This place could really benefit by boosting flavor. Plates were very large, presentation was excellent. Attentiveness was amazing by the waiters, food was quickly out, drinks were refilled, ambiance was good and comfortable seating for old guys like me. Good beer and alcohol selection at a decent price. Price was not too bad 109 bucks for 5 people, that's great. Overall tipped the waitress very well for their service and teamwork in that place was excellent ?. Recommended for families.Overall:Clean and tidy, service 5 star. Food lacked luster and taste however still good. Ambiance great. Waiter's and waitresses very attentive and good at what they do.I would try it if I were you. It's in a semi good neighborhood and great parking. Seems popular and lots of people. I really don't eat in restaurants where I see lower patron counts so this was surprising to see it quite busy, which is a plus.Have fun!
I ordered a tostada and was super disappointed. Basically what I got was the meat and lettuce. I saw several shreds of cheese, a few chopped tomatoes and sour cream. My guest stated that her food was just mediocre. Staff was friendly but service was fine.
We LOVE R Vida Cantina. Everything about this restaurant is wonderful. They have amazing drinks (especially if they are made by Kevin), the food is always delicious but best of all the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
