Came to this location to eat with my coworkers for lunch. I brought my own food with me. Edward, one of the managers I guess, sprinted over and told me I couldn’t bring any food from another restaurant here. I asked oh I’m sorry I’m happy to order something. To him that was unacceptable because if I ate that food here and got sick they’d be liable. Im not sure I follow that logic cause my coworkers who brought home lunch were fine to eat here. I’ve also never seen someone turn down business so easily.But I guess people who eat here get sick pretty often.In all Edward was very unprofessional and rude. My coworkers and I will not be eating here ever again.Would never recommend this place to anyone because of management.
Did an order on the app and says they open at 10am so placed an order and drive to pick it up and the door sign says 11am. Wait til 11am and the doors are still locked. Then after 11am they come to the door and barely audible announce only drive thru open and had to sit in line and wait again since I already paid…shouldn’t take an hour to get a damn chicken sandwich. Put up a sign!
Paid extra money for three spicy chicken breasts was given three of the oldest tiniest chicken breasts I’ve ever seen NO FRIES though I ordered them and then the drive thru cashier tried to over charge us . Never go here
I ordered two number 3 chicken strip meals and instead they gave 2 three piece bone in meals. On top of that I asked for spicy and got all mild. I tried calling multiple times with no reply and they also didn’t give me a receipt.
Slacking at its finest. Poor service. Multiple experiences. Love their chicken or I wouldn't go back.
Prices on the register do not match the menu, they do not honor the menus prices so be ready. They took 30+ minutes to make my order, which for $74 I could just have gone to Chillis. Do not recommend…
perfect if you want bad service and rude employees. totally ruined the mood for chicken and went elsewhere. i think you should too.
Many delays. Waited 5 minutes for the worker to take my order, when no one else was in line. Straw container was empty so had to wait for worker to get more straws. Sandwich had no pickles so again waited for the worker to get pickles. There were about 7 workers, but three of them were taking an eating break in the dining area at the same time.
Failed to update y'all's holiday hours.
Not great to get home from drive thru to find your order isn't correct. Happens probably 50 % of the time. One of these times I'll learn and stop coming here.
