I picked up 2 pizzas 3 weeks ago and decided to get my daughter and son-in-law a $50 gift card. The lady had to go get additional cards because the first one wouldn’t load. She loaded $50 on another card and I went away happy.My daughter goes to use the card and it is not working. I can’t get a refund on it.Today, I order pizza online and realize I have no car seat so I can’t go get the pizza. I call the location and he says I have to place the order again using a delivery app. This would make it a $40 pizza. Hell noAgain, no refund. I will NEVER go to this location again.
I stood there waiting to be greeted and served for 5 minutes. 4 people working and not a single one would help me. When I finally got the pizza the toppings were all piled in the middle. The cashier kept walking into the back at one point another woman took off her gloves to help me but then the other girl came back so she went back to making pizza and still nobody took my order. Once I got my order taken the pizza was ready in 2 minutes there was no other customers in the store. The staff was very rude and there was plenty of workers so it wasn't because they were understaffed.
Let me begin by saying that 1 star ⭐ is too many stars unfortunately there's no 0 star option. I called this store at 8:39 p.m. to order a pizza to be picked up (I live less than 7 minutes from this location) the girl that answered the phone said that they were no longer making pizzas for the night. I asked her what time they close and she said they close at 9:00 p.m. When I asked why they wouldn't make me a pizza since it wasn't 9 o'clock yet the girl stated that they want to leave at 9:00 so they don't make pizzas after 8:30 p.m. she then rudely told me to have a good night before hanging up on me.
Well when i called in my order they only had 1 special no deal and no coupons.. They dnt tell me the total. WHEN we got there to pick up they just handed it to us we could of walked on out with out pay for the pizza.. Don't but my karma is important

I ordered a split topping family size pizza online at 1pm for a 6pm pick up yesterday. When I arrived at around 6:10pm the pizza was not made and they said there was "no ticket" for it.. I pre-paid for the pizza online and luckily I kept my email confirmation to show them.I had to wait longer for my pizza to be made which also made me late to the birthday party I was taking it to. The pizza was good but it was a big inconvenience that I had to wait for it to be made when I thought it was going to be ready by 6pm. Most likely won't order from this store again.
I went to this Papa Murphy’s a few weeks ago because it’s pretty good for a take and bake pizza. I ordered online, asked for stuffed crust, didn’t get the stuffed crust. The pizza was still really good so no complaints. Now my second time going has been the worst. I had to wait for my pizza for over half an hour. I did an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. Everyone was helped before me then I watched as one employee working there washed dishes and texted before ever helping me. Not to mention no stuffed crust again and definitely not extra cheese like I paid for. I really liked the pizza overall, but I won’t be going back.
Worst Papa Murphys. Moved to the area recently and will never come here again. Made 3 online orders and they were never ready by the time I got there. This most recent time having to wait 20 minutes past pickup time. My suggestion is to avoid dissapointment not to order online.
