The broccoli cheese soup is yummy yummy! I love the sourdough bread bowl.

Panera Bread Bakery always seems busy, but the service is usually fast and friendly.I Tried the spinach artichoke soufflé and the Mexican street corn soup ? Both were very delicious. The soufflé was buttery with a flaky crust the picture doesn’t give it justice.

I've been here several times and every time the service was somewhat ok.There are never enough coffee. And it takes them long time to make some more. Every time I finished eating before coffee is ready and had to remind them that there is still no coffee. As well they are not attentive to order specifications and if you don't check you'll end up with something you didn't order. On a positive note, their Chipotle soup was excellent!

This Panera has gone from barely passible to downright worthless. My wife wanted soup and salad so I bit the bullet and gave in. We showed up a little after 1pm on a Monday. The place was packed with people waiting for take out. We both ordered Pick Twos and two coffees. She wanted a Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken and some Creamy Tomato Soup. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt & Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice. They gave me a pager. I go to get the coffee and find the dark roast was empty and the light roast was barely warm (The light roast was cool enough that the added sugar didn't dissolve). I grabbed some lukewarm light roast, let the person behind the counter that they needed coffee and grabbed our seat to wait for the pager to go off. 20 minutes later they hadn't paged us still hadn't filled the coffee but the lobby and the order pick up area is still packed so we wait a little longer. It's now 1:45pm and I get up to check the coffee and it's finally been filled up so I refresh our coffee and on my way back to our table I hear a young lady call my wife's name so I walk over to double check and it's our order that they never paged us to pick up (I was holding the pager). Needless to say I'm a little hot so I asked how long the food had been waiting on the warmer. The woman said it was just placed up there but the cheese on the "Melt" was solid again so I doubt it just got up there. My wife and I taste the soup and it's barely warm so, no it was not just put up on the warmer. We went up to request a refund from the manager and lo and behold, the person who lied to me about the food just being made was the manager.I'd give 0 ⭐'s if I could but they do make good Baguettes and Scones .

Very delicious food, good service and just a great place!!! I love their cheddar broccoli soup, is the best, for sure must try!

Wonderful food, even greater service! The salads are IMPECCABLE! The soups literally turned me on to soups! ?? These negative reviews are laughable - sounds like a bunch of KARENS trying to order boujee food in CITRUS HEIGHTS? Stop picking on these kids serving you… maybe it’s time to get some therapy bro.

Driving by, I spotted another Panera’s and stopped for breakfast. This was the busiest Panera’s I have ever visited. One long table was full of seniors playing cards. It seemed obvious they were participants in the monthly coffee program. Service was cheery. They must have a fine training program. The company strives to serve healthy food, and they make it appetizing. This busy location offers drive-through service. Interior is sparkling clean. Ditto for the men’s room which is handicap accessible. This is a fine company. There are no Panera Franchises. Their hands-on employee training runs about two days. And their people seem to have learned how to operate efficiently and happily.

They forgot half our order. The turkey bacon bravo sandwich was tiny and had a slice of turkey and 1 slice of bacon with some lettuce and tomatoes, and thin slice of cheese. The bread was also a very thin cut. The baguette tasted stale. And they did not give us a receipt!

On Friday at 7:30 i ordered a Broccoli cheddar bread bowl and got a tiny cup for my bowl I also ordered a pepperoni pizza because they were out of margarita and the chipotle pizza and they gave me pepperoni sausage, I asked for a piece of turkey for my dog and they “forgot” which isn’t a big deal but still, I asked for a large agave lemonade and they gave me a medium regular lemonade. Couldn’t even get one of my items right and they didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t go in there and prove it . This Panera is a joke. The girl working the window had long disgusting finger nails with rings on every finger. How is that acceptable when dealing with food at least put some gloves on.

They have decent food at a reasonable price. Most of the time they get my order correct. One thing is they usually close a bit earlier that the posted 9pm close time so if you are feeling for some Panera make sure it isn’t a last min thing as they might already be closed.
