Normally don't leave a review on chain fast food joints... but the chick initiating the orders automatically threw chow mein as our side (we wanted rice and super greens). She did this with 2 separate orders and was visibly irritated when we asked her to change it each time. Super confuses me, do they get some incentive for pushing certain items?

Walked in late evening. Staff was super friendly and greeted my husband and I as we walked up. The woman that helped us was very patient with us seeing what we wanted as the menu has changed since we been there.Food tasted great and fresh. :)

Got food from this location before with no issues. Today was a stark contrast to before. Ordered from here for lunch. Very disappointed. Black pepper steak was awful to the point of be inedible (veggies were the same color as the "steak"); very bland and flavorless. Honey walnut shrimp tasted dirty and fishy like the shrimp was old/had gone off. Won't be coming to this location again.

Good food as always. This place really packs in the meals! Will be back for sure.

I will never come back to this location. After refusing to give me teriyaki sauce on the side, they absolutely drenched my bowl with sauce so much that it was inedible. When asking them to make me another bowl , the manager and the other associate were extremely rude and kept insisting that I “asked for the sauce to be put on top”. There was literally a full cup of terryaki sauce put in my bowl. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

The only reason this Panda is even getting ONE star is because you must choose at least one star to post a commentary review! This is the 2nd time me ordering delivery from this Panda and it has NOTHING to do with the delivery service(UberEats) rather this Panda whose quality of food is so wretched, I don't even know how they are still in business! Several things with this last order(just today). I ordered the bigger plate(entree and THREE sides) and got TWO, which I know was a knowing and flagrant doing, as an entire item wasn't even placed in the main big container, making it nearly impossible to be a legitimate mistake. I also ordered an additional side of an a la carte item as well. The freshness of the food was so horrible, it appeared to be day-old as even the honey walnut shrimp was stale, cold, and anything but fresh. The orange chicken was hard and day-old and I didn't even receive the teriyaki chicken at all. The honey sesame chicken was day-old and many parts, including the yellow bell peppers were burnt! The egg roll was also burnt and smaller than usual! The only thing that was the most fresh out of my entire order, which came to $31, was the Coca-Cola, and only because I ordered the BOTTLE, And not the container, thank God! This is the WORST Panda, and fast food PERIOD I have EVER tasted and would recommend you steer CLEAR from this place as you will be as disappointed as the rest of us!!

Walk in busy we don't know line start we have ask ppls finely found line.our first time Panda express one associate asking ready order don't know what menu look counter one guy's filling order mention order Combo three selection chicken sesame, chowmein, fried rice and string bean with chicken pointed service line one pint of chicken string bean ending up wrong order I got orange chicken. Suck.its ok not so great its was messstuff order chicken sesame wasn't so great.

There's a good variety of main entrees to choose from but a lot of the meats are breaded like the orange chicken, lemon chicken and beef with mushrooms. I couldn't taste any lemon flavor in the lemon chicken. I really liked their Mixed Greens which combined broccoli florets, cabbage, string beans and kale, gently cooked in a light sauce. Wasn't impressed with the breaded entrees. The eggrolls we're tasteless and mushy inside. Couldn't tell what the vegetable filling was inside. I make mine with Cole slaw and ginger. My homemade air fried eggrolls are 100% tastier.

Friendly staff and good asian food. Love the use of fresh ingredients and veges. The place to go for healthy food choices.

There’s nothing like the spirit of Christmas than this store’s crew stopping cooking at 6:45 PM tonight, well before their posted 8:00 PM closing time. We watched dozens of customers walk in, wait in line for 10-15 min, just to see the entirely empty entree area, ask for more food to be cooked, and be told “no, we’re done cooking for the night.”Sharing this so that corporate and the store may have better luck at finding staff to work on a holiday double-time pay rate rather than this crew.
