I will start out by saying I have loved Mr Pickles for years. I have eaten at/from several of their locations and they have always been consistent with excellent food and service. I’ve wanted to try this location for a while because of their unique outdoor covered patio. I ordered my sandwich of with no onions and of course she put onions on it. I had the Hot T before but this time it just wasn’t the same, the sandwich was just ok, the bread wasn’t all that fresh and not enough cranberry sauce. Then I’m eating on the patio and the same girl that made my sandwich decided to take a personal call out there using her speaker phone. Talk about drama and she was cussing up a storm . Lame. Right in front of me the customer. Won’t be back here but I will continue to go to other locations.
The food was solid, the indoor tables were all, ALL unclean. We sat down as the only people inside and the 3 young people worked to make 3 sandwiches and never once made eye contact, acknowledged my wife upon entry and never offered to clean up the tables. One got off their shift as we ate. Training is in order here. Customer service after cleanliness, especially after COVID!
Love Mr. Pickles. Sandwiches are always top notch and their sammy menu, in my opinion, is the best in town. I don't understand how people still go to places like subway or togos when there's mr. Pickles around absolutely slaying the sandwich game. Staff is here always great.. and don't forget to use those pickle points!! I love places with incentives like their pickle points. Who doesn't love a free sandwich?!?

Ok, so testimonial here, this past weekend ordered online from the Sylvan Citrus Heights Mr. pickles store ordered two of the club sandwiches and they were the best we’ve had in a long time. The store was very busy this weekend and the wait was a tiny bit longer but the sandwiches are gourmet and very tasty very delicious so much though that I came back today on Tuesday for another sandwich I highly recommend this place they are awesome people and they work hard to make gourmet sandwiches for you
Always great service and large sandwiches. Bring a 20 dollar bill however but these sandwiches are worth it.This place is great and managed by good people.Enjoy
Unsanitary. Workers mixed molded mayonnaise together, manager dropped package of raw bacon on the ground, rinsed it off and continued to use it. Have witnessed workers not wearing gloves. Whenever we order from this location, we rarely get what we order. Food is not good, service is not great either.
I ordered 82 boxed lunches (8 inch sandwich, a cookie, a bag of chips, and an apple) for my child's team. We were coming to Fair Oaks from a different city and we wanted the food delivered after store closing time. I had every child on the team pick what kind of sandwich they wanted. Vance, the owner was very patient, helpful, thoughtful, and paid attention to every little detail.He delivered all the boxes to the location. I DIDN'T even have to go to the parking lot and picking it. There were 5 cardboard boxes and he wrote on the box exactly what was in there. Inside the cardboard boxes, was individual lunch boxes. Each labeled as turkey, ham, roast beef, or vegetarian. Inside the box, the sandwich was very nicely wrapped, taped, and labeled. The chips was not a mini pack. It was a good size bag of lays chips and a Grandma's cookie pack that contained 2 chocolate chip cookies. Once i distributed all the food, the box was easy to break down and fold because it wasn't taped. He thought of everything and made it so easy. Payment was easy to do and was very secure. I had a few athletes cancel the day before and I informed him and he promptly refunded the amount.Whether it is a quick bite to grab, a team lunch, or a party, I highly recommend Mr. Pickle. Vance is a very nice man to do business with.
Is there are a lot of sandwich places in Sacramento that are really delicious and they really do a fine job serving up great sandwiches this for me was just a normal sandwich place and to be honest I actually had a much better sandwich at Raleys custom sandwhiches with more meat .
I like Mr. pickles but this location can improve. They are slow with making sandwiches and not all ingredients end up on the sandwich. I will continue going to Mr. Pickles but not this location. This was the 3rd time with this slow service.
