Lack of customer service. I believe that there wasn't a supervisor watching what was going on.Nobody really new what was going on one worker in the back making all the orders and the other 3 or 4 workers were all over the place. Looked like nobody new what they were supposed to be doing. It took almost 15 teen minutes to buy a soda and I was the only one that was in side ordering. CRAZY.....
Customer service skills for the employees were mediocre at best need to care more about customer experience vs time of how quickly they can get the food out for higher skill scores for when secret shoppers come in randomly and quite oftenly to grade them with test. More cleanly than other mcdonalds I have visited in the last few weeks hands down.
20-25% of the time they mess my order up in the drive thru, no issues since started using their app. Food is OK, its McDs.
Me and my friends going to do this McDonald's in hopes of getting some food. We got the food, but at a price. We ordered two Happy meals in one 20 piece McNuggets. Both Happy meals had nuggets in them. We did not get our extra fries, nor did we get any dipping sauce. Do you know how hard it is to eat chicken nuggets with no dipping sauce? I would rather rub my fingers against rough sandpaper. Not a fun experience. They did give us Mayo packets at the front window though so that was pretty nice
You can go to any McDonald's there is but this is the one you really want to go to management is excellent storage smooth accurate foods good
Just letting you know that I went through the McDonald's at analooyeah it's bulls at analopen I 80 and I'm back in Citrus Heights I've been living in Michigan and and so far my experience with this McDonald's which is like 5 times is excellent there's they're very friendly haven't gotten one thing wrong yet and we literally ordered a 10 piece nugget Pulled forward and it was ready with a smile and even said have a nice day I love it This one's a good McDonald's
This location has the worst customer service I've witnessed from a McDonald's. The workers in the drive thru don't say a word to you. They don't even tell you your total. The kid taking orders acts like a wannabe thug to the point that you can't even understand what he is saying. Overall this location needs management to step it up or corporate to come train their employees who expect $16+ for no effort.
I was driving back from Tahoe tonight & thought I’d take advantage of the crazy deals in the McDonald’s app. Ordered a Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich w/ extra sauce. What came out was a standard Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich—no lettuce, no tomatoes, just pickles. I went back into the drive thru (got stuck behind a car ordering for a HUGE family) and explained what happened to the attendant, showing them my half-eaten non-deluxe sammie. I asked if they could add extra pickles this time & they confirmed my order. After getting home and taking my first bite, I regret to find my order’s again wrong…lettuce is there, but still no tomatoes, and NO pickles. Sighhhhh…very disappointing, especially after all the trouble.Added an extra star bc all the food was warm, which sadly isn’t always the case at McDonald’s these days.
Good food, fair price. They always get my order right. Counter help was extremely friendly and cheerful. I'm so glad they are now allowing dining in. You always know what you're going to get at McDonalds.
I waited almost 30 minutes for my mobile order to be brought to my car. I gave them 15 minutes but had to jump into a conference call so I couldn't go into the store to inquire about my order. When they eventually came out, they brought the wrong order. I think it was only then that they realized I was waiting for an order. My correct order came out 2 minutes later.
