Careful of this restaurant. If you do not immediately order an item their manager will accuse you of theft/breaking into a vehicle... that you arrived in. When you contact MCD corporate they will say that they are going to investigate it... investigating themselves, what a joke. They will unapologetically accuse you of breaking into vehicles and threaten you with the cops. Plenty of good resturants around this place, avoid this one like the plague unless you want to be treated as sub human.
We stood at the register for some time and they kept ignoring us (us 4 people). And then lady told us to use the kiosk. I told her I wanna use register to pay and she said they don’t use a register anymore so we have to leave to McDonald’s down the street . I don’t recommend this place to no one. I also called the manager from the phone he didn’t answer I left voicemail message he didn’t call me back

Avoid this location like the plague, or whichever pandemic you prefer.Tonight, the inside of the buns of all the sandwiches I ordered were blackened, and when I bit into one of them not seeing this, my mouth was filled with a disgusting charcoal taste. It's completely unacceptable that $24 worth of food was given to me in such an indigestible and nauseating state. I shouldn't have to disassemble a burger at the pickup window to make sure it was made right, but there's no way I'm wasting more time driving back and sitting in that endless drive-thru line.I've given this location many chances because it's close to my house, but its quality has gone barreling downhill in the last year. They constantly miss items so I've learned to check the bags before I leave. And now the food has begun to get worse and worse. Everything is dry and overcooked. My fries, $4 for fries, which is already outrageous, were only 2/3 full (this location is notorious for under filling their fry containers) and were basically lukewarm cardboard sticks, lacking seasoning, heat and any kind of freshness to speak of. The service and attitude of the staff is good. I don't know if they're just understaffed or under-skilled, but the food has become inedible and the drive-thru takes at minimum 20 minutes to go through, and it's not worth the wait.I called the number provided on the taped-up sign in the drive-thru window and left a voicemail for George, the general manager. I sincerely hope he's able to make some changes for the better. This is the last time I'll come back to this location, and based on this experience, to McDonald's in general. Their pricing is ridiculous for what you get, especially with incidents like this. If you don't want to waste you money, find a different location or a different restaurant altogether.
Friendly staff most of the time and usually quick drive thru but if u are picking up an order b prepared 2 w8 cuz they take there time bringing it out. And there r a number of transients in area that r usually not a bother but every once in a while....
Quick and easy. Only complaint this time was that I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and they only gave me 3 dipping sauces. Wasn't enough and I had to eat some of them without sauce and they were dry and not that appetizing

They rarely keep the lobby open but on the door Dashers app that tells you not to go in the Drive-Thru very confusing
The parking lot is set up for easy traffic flow. But if you order curbside pickup the app asks you to pick stalls 1,2 or 3 and McDonald's has the spaces listed as A, Band C. This could have set up confusion but luckily we were the only people there and since we claimed spot A, I inputted space number 1. Now when I pick up food for curbside or takeout the better organized restaurants have spaces defined specifically for online orders / takeout / delivery driver pickup both inside and outside in the parking lot. This is so you don't wait in line or feel uncomfortable cutting someone off asking for your order, then it doesn't matter if you order ahead online. The weird thing is some McDonald's are set up very well while others are not.
By far The Best Mickey D's Ive Ever had ! My Burger and bun were actually HOT ! TOGETHER ! To tasted like a $5.50 burger. ( Pun is intended )
