Worst experience ever!Hot-N-Ready items, was told 15 to 20 minutes... ended up being a 35 minute wait, and the food was burnt (two pizzas and crazy bread) all they had was excuses... we will never return to this location.

Pizza here is always good. They're a little lazy with simple repairs at their restaurant, but overall it's the pizza that's matter and it's always killer.
A little frustrated, is the reason for a poor review. The 3 things needed for a cheese pizza cheese sauce and dough. My order had 2/3.
They charge a dollar more than the advertised prices on the hot n' ready pizzas and they changed the price on the menu with little pieces of paper. Call me petty, but I'm gonna avoid this place from now on just on principal alone. Plus, it's pretty dirty, even for little Ceaser standards.
Pizza was ready in 10 min's and the employee was very helpful and friendly
Cashier was very quiet and not helpful at all like she definitely didn't want to be there.
I placed an online order at 6:15 p.m. on 11/6 with a pickup time of 6:39-6:44. We arrived at 6:39 p.m. The girl behind the counter took orders from several people while we were waiting and those people were all served before us. We didn't get our pizza until 7:09 p.m. We had checked in with her previously and she said that our order was not ready, but didn't bother to tells us when it was. She also didn't bother to put it in the self service area where you enter the code. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the pizza was good, but the sevice and the wait were horrible. When we finally asked why we had to wait 55 minutes, she got us our pizza and just said 'my bad'. She didn't care at all that we were standing there for 30 minutes. I honestly think that we could have just walked in, placed our order and got it in 15 minutes.
Don't go to the Little Caesars on Madison Avenue in Citrus Heights California the people working there are Rude mean and nasty. Thay wont let u order deep dish stuff crust pizza in person thay Said You have to order online only. But I order in person before. So we ordered online and the online was not working. So my mom tried on her phone and the online was not workingThen I tried from my phone and online not working also. So dont go to this Little Caesars location location. Go to a location with good customer service.
