Just a all around awful experience from start to finish. After waiting a extremely long time in there parking lot like around 20 mins I get home to find my food undercooked and un able to eat unless I re heat. If I could give zero stars I would. This isnt my 1st bad experience here just gonna be my last one. Please save your self the trouble and eat somewhere else ,I don't understand how this place could stay open.

The worst restaurant ever.I put in pick up order. Not ready even I arrived 10 minutes later.Nobody at the front to talk to, I had to keep saying hello several times to get attention.She rudely says they are out and cancel your order. I said I already paid for it. She said you can cancel it ( canceling isn’t an option online )Manager was so rude too.I asked if I can come back another day to pick up since I already paid for it, manager refused to give me refund or pick up another day.

Stopped by for some lunch with my kids and the worker was extremely rude for no reason. I asked for manager and was verbally attacked by 2 Female employees, 1 of which claimed to be the manager. When I asked if there was anyone higher up and she said "Yeah she's my aunt, and she's just gonna cuss you out and agree with us"This is the only KFC by me and my son was really craving it. Definitely the good mood they were in.The manager on shifts name was JoyI'm gonna talk to Jasmin and see if I have any luck there. Will update review after.

Drive thru experience was a 16 min ordeal!! Seriously! 2 burgers and a 3 piece cod basket! Pulled out front to wait...16 minutes later I watched the worker come out and take my food to 3 other cars..IN THE MOBILE DELIVERY PICK UP AREA... after watching each person say no, I figured it must be mine.. - NOT IN THE 'FULL' MOBILE DELIVERY AREA!! Ugh what a mess...very sloppy burgers with condiments all over the bread making the bread soggy. The fish was very greasy and kinda bendy - Very unhappy for the product I received after such a long wait! The coleslaw was good however.

Person at drive thru couldn't get the order straight after many attempts. Forgot sauces for chicken tenders so I had to go inside. Crew ignored and did not acknowledge me or the person ahead. Staff was more concerned about how I spoke to them instead of correcting a mistake on their part. I was told by one of the crew not to come back. That will be easy since the location on Madison Ave. operates in more of a customer-oriented fashion. Beware of the KFC on the corner of Auburn and Sylvan.

Honestly if I could give a negative 5 stars I would, no customer service whatsoever! The woman at the drive through couldn’t understand me and frustrated replied with WHAT DO YOU WANT?! And when I pulled up to pay she said get your dog away I HATE dogs! And of course I didn’t get any plastic ware!

Ordered through the app. Got home and the chicken was bone dry. Called in and they said I had to bring it back to replace it. I’m a diabetic and don’t buy fast food often. I already took my insulin so by the time I get home to eat if I bring it back my blood sugar would be low. Wouldn’t help me at all because of “policy”. In N Out will give it to you on the house next time around. KFC is a ?

They were having a busier night than expected. They were out of a few things, but they 100% took care of me and made sure I was a happy customer. It may be a longer wait than usual and you might not get exactly what you want, but they know how to make sure you are taken care of. And that's more than you can ask for in these trying and difficult times. ❤️

I preordered so I could get what I wanted. They cooked it for me told me it was ready and to come get it. When I got the drive through they told me to pull up to the window they finally opened the window and told me they did not have my order. They had sold it to another customer even though I had prepaid. They told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I left with nothing went to Popeyes. Kids loved it. KFC lost me as a customer

Waited over 30 minutes for a made to order meal through the drive through and they missed 2 of the sides didn't even start making it until I walked in to ask what was taking so long.
