So this was always my fav coffee spot.I been ordering iced white mocha for 10 yrs.Today it was iced chocolate milk.I told the guy working and he said the owners changed the recipes and will let them know my thoughts. I told him this is not what I normally order and it tasted different before I drove away (I can tell it looked diff by looking at it- darker in color) but he said he made it the right way.If you changed the recipes I probably wont be coming back for a 5$ chocolate milk. ?or bring back the old recipes if this is true.
been a long time patron, how ever about a year ago my location went through staff change and the menu change ever since it has been terrible quality and under staffed...today my drinks were so thick that you couldn't use a straw, my beagle dog was ice cold(normally scalding hot)...it was not worth the 20$ I spent and sadly this will be my last time as a patron.
Had the best experience here. Don’t normally don’t do coffee, but Sebastian made sure to take the time to make sure I had a great experience and the best coffee. Will definitely be back thanks to Sebastian.
Awesome!! I love this place and will be a life long customer from this day forward. Not only do they have the most delicious, unique, tasty menu items, but they also have the most friendly, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service. They are truly above the rim and most excellent!
Been going here since I was like 8yrs old. Always consistent, always good, always worth the money. One of the better coffee joints you can go to.
Just came to this location, very happy with our visit!!!!Sebastian helped us, he was super professional and helpful in choosing our drinks, since we were not familiar with the menu, much better service than the chain coffee places, will now make this our new go to drink spot!!!!!!!???
I got an over priced large hot coffee that was room temperature at best and took way too long to make. Coffee was burnt and gave me heartburn for the rest of the day. I drank maybe 1/4 of it and threw the rest out. The barista was less than enthusiastic.
Friendly service. Drinks are good however I'm not a fan of the bakery items.
