I enjoy jamba and this location is always busy and always good. There is nothing bad to say, only good vibes
Smoothie was amazing and Plenty of workers that were nice but the bathroom.... definitely needs to be serviced. I get they are busy but you can smell it when you are standing in line.
I always get good service at this location. I love that I can still order retired flavors that are off menu!
Walked in with no other customers there and was told I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to order because DoorDash orders were more important. Won’t go back there again horrible customer service.
Was not greeted when I came into the store but when others came in they were greeted. Walked in and all employees were just chit chatting with one another not even paying attention that I was standing there waiting to order. Customer service is key I thought ?
First time trying a bowl and the banana were hard n looked blackish. The price for the bowls and they couldn't even have fresh bananas
I am very big on customer service, and this one nice young lady named Ashley helped me tremendously. I've never been to this location and I was very pleasantly greeted. She also helped me choose a drink which I loved (I've never been to a Jamba before).
We had a mobile order with substitutions. There was some sort of computer glitch that caused our order to go out without the appropriate changes. The amazing gal working called my cell to let me know it happened so no one with allergies was hurt. She then sent out a replacement drink.AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Hits The Spot Everytime!! You can't go wrong choosing Jamba Juice!! Strawberries Wild is my personal favorite. They have a little something for everyone. This location was clean and people were nice. Cheers everyone, Happy New Year!
