Stay Away people!!!! I went to this place 5 times and 3 times they gave me my order wrong or a missing fries or something. The 4th time was 3 weeks ago and it was only me and 1 more car in the whole drive through and nobody was answering the drive through thing and I heard people fighting through the window and arguing with each other it took them 12 minutes to answer us! Its unbelievable. My last visit was last night and I absolutely believe this place must shut down or remove employees. It was only me in the drive through and the lady said one second and she left for almost 10 minutes and they made us really angry then a guy came and got our order. We went in the frong and they were fighting again they you don't work and you are lazy and stuff with rach other. I told my conplain to them and they didn't care because he said everyone has been yelling at them so that means something is really wrong man. They didn't give us napkins and one of our orders was wondering again and the fries were almost burt. ONE WORD PEOPLE STAY AWAY!! Jack in the Box cooprate if you're seeing this please do something serious about this place!!!
I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes at 2:00 pm Thursday March 31, 2022 and the guy working it read what I ordered then still gave me the WRONG ORDER!!??? What good did regurgitating back to me what I ordered at the second window when he didn't check the bag he handed to me which I threw into the trash because it was a chicken sandwich when I ordered a hamburger? None at all, is really dumb!!I lost $13 because some idiot can't keep track of his drive through lane and didn't check my order just asked me what I ordered and handed me the wrong thing.There is another place I'm never going back to. Ever ?
Cant follow instructions in the order. Rude & unprofessional. You can really tell how lazy people are and how much they don't wanna work. Lady was super rude when I paid for extras and they didnt give me what I asked for. I paid for it you need to do it. Went back through the drovw through. Gave me attitude asked me how they were supposed to give me what I asked for. Ignored me. I pulled up to the window and now the cook/manager also very rude just hands me what I wanted. But guess what? They miraculously figured out how to give me what I paid for. Crooks. Why are you going to try to lie to me & tell me you cant give me what I paid for caise you don't have it but then all of a sudden have it. Disgusying rude people.
I've noticed that every jbox employee that attends the drive through have anger issues it's like they hate their job. they are all rude and annoyed for working if you don't have a good attitude or if you hate your job please leave and let someone else work. specially here there's a little short chubby girls and she always has an attitude.
Signs stated OPEN at 1230 am. We got in drive thru line to order. Man thru speaker yelled: are you with DoorDash? My husband said, No, we just want to order. The guy yelled back, No, go away, we are only serving DoorDash. Closed the mike & that was it! Not posted on order board or on front lit sign. It was a Friday/Sat am. Obviously I haven’t got a receipt since we could not order. Exact date & time not available. How rude & unprofessional. No where near closing time.
Fix your jacked up locations, on google says drive thru open 24/7 on window DT light is on, for a week went to like 5 locations all closed, while saying open on google and at the restaurant. About to quit jacked up box!!
Worst jumbo jack. Cold. Dry, small. Was NOT on a sesame seed bun. In fact, the bun was stale. We NEVER order that again. My onion rings were good. Thats about it. Do not recommend this place at all. Go down the street to In-N-Out Burger.
Got my whole order wrong which was several burgers and meals. Forgot my kids apple juice and when I called they hung up on me twice when all I asked was to take my name and number and have a manger call me back what a joke!

Employee was exceptionally rude when I asked for extra sauce. Would not recommend this location unless you want to deal with subpar costumer service.
