Ordered a Shredded Chicken Burrito.Was hot and fresh.For the price seemed on the much smaller yet more expensive side than prior years.Tasty, but on the dryer side even with the sour cream I had them add as an extra (in part of the burrito, but not completely. Without the added sour cream wouldn't have been moist at all.Service in drive thru friendly.
Just went in last night, last min for the double chicken salad.wherewas the chicken? very little, hardly any avocado on it and the person at counterhad to be told 4 x on what I wanted. Acted like she didn't care and wasasleep at the wheel. Terrible service, told the manager and he apologized.I should get a credit for a free meal !; don't waste your time on this place !
This pollo loco has THE WORST FOOD I've ever tasted. If I could give negative star rating, I would. The chicken was way over cooked. And it tasted like it was preheated old chicken. Super dry and rubbery.This is the pollo loco on the cross streets of Greenback and Mariposa.
So it’s unbelievable that these people constantly mess up on me and my mothers orders.So far we’ve had then forget to give us the food we payed for,had a chicken avocado salad without the chicken nor the avocado and we’ve had them give us our birria salsa in a bag which spilled every where…btw they didn’t even refund us properly only get a refund on the tacos that they messed up on,what about the salad it was ruined too.If you guys have the birria boxes why didn’t you put it in their in the first place.You guys are lazy and your kitchen is always a mess.Do something about y’all’s workers cause clearly they get away with anything.P.S they also forgot to charge us multiple times for certain foods
It was late, order did not have all the correct add ons, everyone was tired. Food is soo good, and such a healthier choice.
I want to recommend Marco highly, his friendliness and efficiency, not to mention those two yummy chicken avocado tacos he made for me, is a step above all others.I was in today and ordered these tacos as one of my salon clients specifically recommended these. I asked Marco if he was a Manger and he said no but he's working to get there one day.If any of you Pollo Loco franchises need a manager I know you'd be glad you pulled Marco out and positioned him him well.ChristineGranite Bay
The chicken is well seasoned and super tender. The pinto beans are bland, the black beans are better. Overall very good. Like $10 for a 3 piece chicken meal. So price is good.

The food was extremely bland. We ordered tacos, a burrito and a 4 piece of chicken. All of the food was not seasoned. Very disappointed. Service was great!
