This one wasn’t the fastest (there were only two people during Saturday night making the pizzas!) but holy cow that was the best pizza I have had in a while. I’ve ordered from other Dominos and it was good. Whoever made my pizza tonight, it was incredible. It was a bbq chicken pizza. What made it incredible was the perfect amount of bbq source.
Was not a good experience at the auburn blvd.store they were 10 min. late bringing me my pizza for one & two the pizza's tasted like cardboard ? .Will never spend my money there again customer service was horrible not apologetic at all
Ordered 3 pizzas and bread at 11:55am after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes I checked on their app and it said it was still being prepped. I received no communication or updates. Called in and was put on hold immediately waited for over 5 minutes on hold hung up and had to call 2 more times to get someone on the phone and the person took 0 ownership and showed 0 empathy. I was a loyal dominos customer until today. Never again. Worst experience. I am beyond words smh

Ordered for delivery.Supposed to take up to 1.5 hours.1.5 hours later, called them and was told that Pizza wasn't in the oven yet and that they were short on drivers.It would be another 1.5 hours.Went in and picked it up.Ordered again today, this time for pick up.Supposed to be ready by 6:24 pm at latest. Got my Pizza at 6:32.Not ordering for delivery again.
I ordered online the other night and it took almost 2 hours to get 2 medium pizzas. And tonight a pizza shows up at my apartment door and I didn't order one. I called them and the woman who answered the phone seemed irritated that I called to tell them the delivery driver made a mistake. I would rather go a bit farther to a different location than to this one. They are very disorganized.
I liked it, and it was pretty inexpensive, but by bud said that he thinks the pizza is dusty (he's talking about the cornmeal)
It has been hit and miss for us here. Sometime our food (typically pizzas) tastes amazing and is cooked to perfection and other times we get it burnt or otherwise poorly prepared. I think if they start watching their quality of the pizza's going out a bit more this could be an outstanding Domino's location.
Ordered delivery online. Order tracker said order complete 45 min later. No order had been delivered. When I called the store I wad told something along the lines of; sometimes the system glitches i don't see your order here. The driver is probably on his way. If your it's not there in 10 minutes and we will remake it. I hang up. Wait about 15 minutes, no delivery. When I call back im told there is mop order at all. Then after another minute im told oh yea its here the driver is leaving now. Sho it took almost 2 hours for my cheese bread and salad to show up.. needles top say. I'm unhappy and would not recommend.
I like their pizzas and customer service, but for my 3 recent shopping the young man apologize and said they don’t have napkin, seems weird.
