Worst customer service I have ever experienced- drive thru. Order taker had the worst attitude acted like she didn't want to be there. Cashier at window same experience didn't care wasn't up for trying to resolve an issue professionally just simple one word responses: nope, sorry. Needless to say didn't get my order because I refused. Will never visit this Del Taco again. My fave is on Watt

Posting for awareness.I just got home from grabbing two ranch crispy chicken tacos and other things, the rest of the meal was great. Ate one chicken taco, great, start to eat the second one and realize that it's fish and not chicken.I personally am not upset, but this is a huge mistake and one that could've been dangerous if I were allergic to seafood.Do better please ??

Ordered a del combo burrito in a bowl and received it wrapped in 2 tortillas. also order 2 crunchtadas and they were burnt so bad it's all you could taste. I will never return to this location again.

Yesterday on my way home from work I stopped at Del Taco #581. I ordered a chicken guac crunchtada with no cheese and no ranch sauce because I have a milk allergy. It came with everything on it. In that same order we ordered a burger meal and asked for only meat and cheese. This also came with everything on it. we didn't realize until we got home. So it was too late to go back. so we had to throw away half of our food and figure out something else to eat. On the receipt it shows all of the order as it should have been.

As a worker I know it's understaffed, undercleaned, and barely running. 30 min waits for people at 2 am when their is up to 10 door dash's placed and 7 regular customers ordering 20$+.

I think this place is backwards or something. Walked in to an empty restaurant only to see a half eaten burger left on the counter, right in front of the register… weird. Waited several minutes to order. Here’s the bad part…It took around 20 or more minutes to get our food. When we saw people who ordered after us starting to get our food, we went up to see what was up. He mumbled something about it being sent back? Whatever that means. The place was not even close to being crowded and the drive through line only at 3-4 people in it and cars were cruising through. Haven’t had this problem at other Del Tacos so I will not be coming back to this location. Should’ve just gone to Chipotle or Jimboys across the street!!

I wish there was one star.To the manager: the white, curly hair, unshaved dude tonight made me wait for 20 minutes at the window bc I just missed the ordering booth.He was hiding in the back and when I went back to the booth he did not answer me, I literally had to go open the window and call them to finally answer me.He then came and said I will let you know when your pick up order is ready and made me wait so long while I was the only customer the whole time.If I were you I would just replace him

Burritos were messy and fingerprints From sauce. Note to Management a customer should never have to think about how their food was made and when you leave finger print on them it kind of ruins your appetite. Also my burrito was not supposed to have lettuce and there were small pieces of lettuce throughout the burrito which tells me the workstation is a mess.

It was like buying a plain taco shell.. there was barely any ingredients in it. Only getting 3 because the associate was nice

The only time worth coming here is in the am.That crew is decent and don't forget your food.They are the more pleasant crew and actually fund have attitude like the afternoon shift has.
