Evening of Sat June 4th my fiance and I ordered a gotta have it dough for it. We don't go out for ice cream frequently as an effort to save money, so we were extremely disappointed when there were hardly any chocolate chips, and most of the cookie dough was in one chunk at the bottom. I should have watched him make it, but others were standing in front of the work station. He was also short on the initial ice cream quantity so he just slapped on some more at the end instead of mixing it in. Which normally wouldn't bother me as they were busy (although it should be asked) , but he did take time to twirl his metal scoop to try and impress the ladies.Overall, I've never had any issues at Cold Stone. Just a heads up to pay attention when they're making your ice cream and a little encouragement to take it back in when it's not right (what we should have done).
Went to cold stone on Thursday about 1pm. The website said they sing to you on special occasions and for a tip, not true. My granddaughter took me there for my birthday. When requested to sing they wouldn't do it. Cool. The problem that I had was when I spoke to them about it that one employee did her talking with her back to me, never any eye contact or a valid reason for not complying. Maybe that lil perk should be removed from the site. The chocolate shake was good but not the service. No tip. Back to 31 flavors.
Staff was friendly.Our ice cream was made well with our mix ins.A normal cold stone.This location is tucked in between bath and body works and Barnes n Nobles.Recommend if you're in the mood for cold stone.
Door dash delivered my drinks like this. Very disappointed that cold stones did not put a sealed top on my drinks inside a sealed bag. Do better.

I have always loved this place I actually travel pretty far to go here because I love the ice cream.. HOWEVER... On this day oct 19 2021 around 7ish I was waiting in line and the guy behind the counter started asking people something but I couldn't hear him so I said can you repeat that?? And he came back with the most rudeness angry disposition It literally took everything in me to not go all in on him because I felt I didn't deserve any of that... I'll be thinking twice if I return to this particular cold stone.. BUT OKAY TO BE RUDE FOR NO REASON PERIOD!!!!!
Walked in and they immediately yelled at us that they were closed even though they were serving a lot of people. Their online hours just weren't updated, but they went about it badly!
Pretty good place to get some ice cream, my first time getting ice cream from here around sunrise blvd. I really liked the cookie dough, cookies and cream and the fudge in my opinion, I recommend this place
turned away half an hour before close. i get that they have to start closing but this location at least needs to update the hours to reflect when they start to refuse people.
My first visit ordered a small vanilla shake and they were out of vanilla so i choose another flavor. The shake was then left in the mixing machine so long it was like drinking flavored milk, runny and thin. The second visit ordered a banana shake and they were out of CUPS! Strike two don't think they'll get a chance for strike three.
