My grandkids and grown kids had a lot of fun here! This chuck e cheese was VERY clean and we'll ran. All machines were in great working order and the staff was friendly and helpful. My family will definitely visit here again
My little one turned 5 Today and honestly it was so much fun! The party was set and ready for us, as soon as our host and guest showed up everyone got to playing and the host checked everything off with me and made she continued to check on us if we needed anything. The party was a success and definitely plan for more visits. Thank you Citrus Heights staff for an awesome experience for us all!
Just left this location. And I came in with 21,000 tickets my kids been saving from parties over the years and they played my kids. Out of the tickets. They. Only got four 800 items which did not equal. To the amount. I tried to correct the manager she did nothing because the man who helped stated he was new and had no idea what he was doing definitely calling corporate office and let them know will not be returning to location ever. She only offered an additional 1000 tickets what is 1000 tickets to 21,000 nothing. At all.
I took my toddler recently and was disappointed to see they removed the toddler area and the tunnels to climb around in up top. So now all you can do is play the games and go on the rides. Basically everything now costs money the entire time there is no run around free play for the little ones.
Had a great time celebrating my granddaughters 3rd birthday. The service was exceptional, the staff-so accommodating & helpful. We stayed about 4 hours, just a wonderful place for any kid... Big or smallThank you Chuck E.
Pretty small in the games department compared to others I've visited. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the place.
The party was at 3pm, but nothing was ready. The staff was not friendly at all and everything brought later than expected. The bands were brought at 3:45 instead of 3pm and the kids were waiting for these. some invitees had to buy points for their kids because the kids couldn’t wait. For The balloons, I asked more than 3 times to bring them, but they brought them around 4pm. In the last 30 minutes of the booked time, they wanted to combine all the activities at the same time, such as opening the gifts, eating pizza and cake at the same time and dancing, which no one was satisfied with the plan. I suggest revising the logistics for a better organization for the future events.Unfortunately, due to my first bad experience at Chuck E. Cheese, I don’t plan to come back again unless something changes. Finally, the only thing I liked was the delicious Pizza.
Chuck e cheese is fun for family, they need to update their macanical band maybe some repairs at the very least and get a better Costume for the star attraction not one that looks like they purchased it at a bargain basement. In my opinion C.E.C. just needs some improvements.
CEC is about as overpriced as they come. You can burn about $50 an hour and kids just get endlessly frustrated by the incredibly short game durations or broken video games. I saw one ride run for a total of 30 seconds before it took another dollar on the card passes the kids just swipe with abandon because you can’t really tell if they work. A large frozen pizza costs $28 and your kid will just be so overstimulated by the end of it. But if money is no expense to you, you’ll love the child animatronic rat casino.
We had a party here. The kids had an absolute fun time. The whole time. It turned out very well . ?????
