My girlfriend & I had a game plan in line about what we're getting as far as the food, what's going to be in the bowl & the side order (cause we were sharing) but as soon as we get up to order we just couldn't get it together. Regardless more of a funny personal thing then it has to do with the restaurant but at the end of it we got our order together, got home and tore it up. Delicious
The lady working did great in attempting to move the line. The teenager working was not only taking his sweet time but also served very small quantities of food. I wouldn't come here again. I would go to the next closest Chipotle.
Bomb new flavor Polo Asado bowl. Great taste of pinto beans sour cream and a mixture of spicy and mild salsa. I included veggies corn lettuce onions and peppers all on top of a warmed tortilla. I didn't forget the Coke Zero
This place is busy so I would encourage ordering online for pickup. There are also some things we enjoy that are only available in the app like the quesidilla. Chipotle has been a lifesaver while I do a Whole30 with their Whole30 salad bowl in their app. I don't have to worry about making special requests. They also have other diet options like Paleo bowls too.
Maria the cashier was rude and doesn’t acknowledge mobile order customers when they come in. The app had a glitch and did not add my free side they offered. when I inquired after spending almost $30, I was told I had to get in line to get my free side they offered through the app. The line was long and I was already fed up with the lack of customer service. I went home and called, spoke to the manager Theresa and she was of no help to resolve the issue either.
I love this location!! Aaliyah the cashier goes above and beyond to help out and get everything I need each time I come in. My food is always fresh and made just how I ask. This location is always very busy, I am so impressed how they still manage to treat each customer as a individual and make conversation. This place is hands down my favorite lunch stop.
I went to this location today and needed to order 8 of the plant-based chorizo burritos ($81 worth) and I showed up around 10:30 and the door was locked. Savanah came to the door and was very rude. I asked her what time they opened and she said 10:45, turned around and walked away. No smile, no service, no friendliness and just flat out RUDE. I then proceeded to place the order on the chipotle website and went to pick them up about 30 minutes later. Savanah was the one that handed me my 2 bags of burritos. She wasn't rude when she was handling me the bags, just gave average customer service. If management sees this review please talk to all your employees and teach them how to interact with customers in a friendly manner.On the bright side at least they got the order right. I may or may not go back to this location. It will depend on how management handles this review.
Hannah was amazing. Assisted me with an on the phone order I made a mistake with and didn't blame me just asked how she could assist and got it done! Truly a wonderful experience.
This location messes up my order every time, and we place it online. Don't recommend ordering online because you could go through the line several times before they make your online order. But were just going to avoid this location anyways from now, the size burritos we just received after a 30 minute wait past our pick up time was ridiculous, I'm talking smaller than a hand. And only to go home and find there's extra things in it I didn't want and two bites of meat. Idk who manages this place but they give as little a shot as their employees. It's not like there is any haste or care here.
Didn't have the food made when they were supposed to. The cashier is swamped. No way to talk to him. No obvious Manager on site. When I called they don't answer the phone. Horrible experience.
